“It would not let me access PayPal to pay for this so I could’ve paid in four payments. I tried over the course of three days and I’m very disappointed that I had to just pay in full because your website was not working for that.”

We want to clarify that no shipping fee was charged on your order — orders over $75 qualify for free ground shipping, and that was applied here. Your total reflects only the item cost and tax. On the delivery timing, you're right that it took longer than our standard 2–3 day estimate. That delay was due to the Independence Day holiday, which affected FedEx pickup and transit schedules that week — not something on our end, but we understand that doesn't make the wait less frustrating.
