“Poor website functionality”

“The shipping is fast but the communication is bad my last order was a mess they accidentally canceled it twice. Also when they say that they have shampoo on back order and you still order it knowing that it will ship later they will email you asking if you really do want it and then refund you for it and you have to re order it. It’s really annoying. They will tell you the total was just a pending charge and not the final charge so you’ll get your refund in a couple of days because they didn’t actually charge you for the back order product or whatever even though you did buy it and agreed to it getting delivered later on the website! So you have to wait 2 days to get that money back then re order the missing product.”
