“It was frustrating that when I added a shampoo to cart then clicked the back arrow it took me all the way back to home. Then I had to go back to the shampoos, reset my filter, and find the page I was on.”

Sorry you experienced that navigation issue. That sounds frustrating. If you can share any details (device, browser, steps you took), we’ll try to understand what happened and improve the experience.

“I like working with you for the most part, but I find it frustrating when you have a product listed as "in stock," then when you go to order, it give you a completely different future date when it can ship. The example was for Isle of Dogs Oatmeal Shampoo in the gallon size. Your site says you have it in stock, but when I click on it, it said that it's "available for purchase, but won't ship until 11.18.26." So the reality is that it's NOT in stock. I've encountered this with your website multiple times in the past. Either you have it i stock or you don't.”
