Do not use this company. I claimed on my insurance and they sent a poorly rebuilt iPhone, that immediately started flashed messages saying it did not have Apple parts and then stopped working. After four months of back and forth on whether they could fix it to not, I gave up and cancelled my policy. Presumably this is the business model - string you along, taking your money. Customer service is shocking. The whole thing is totally dodgy.

DO NOT insure your devices/ gadgets with this company. I have been with loveit coverit for the last 5+ years and been paying my monthly premiums throughout this time. Three months ago I sent in my phone (in good condition), for a broken back camera issue. To only find terrible customer service, difficulty getting the device repaired and then they returned it to me completely broken. The screen is flashing on and off so I can't use it anymore and shows big green lines across it. I have reached out and tried to speak to countless members of the team (including complaints) but I cannot return my phone if I am unable to remove find my iPhone.... well guess what, I can't get into the settings because of how damaged the device is- and this is their fault. It's been about a month since I've tried to speak to complaints, they keep delaying their response. Don't do it. You'll end up paying your premiums but being left with a completely useless device of anything happens to it.

I have sent a phone for repair for a minor camera defect (blurry camera) and they returned it with a camera that did not work at all. I cannot take any picture now with the phone after their (dis)repair. Their support team told me to to pay another excess for the repair to be done.

They fixed my phone the screen failed and broke 2 months later.. they tried to tell me it has new damage to my handset which is not true. my phone was working fine the night before.. I opened my flip screen and there was 3 lines going horizontally across the screen where it bends.. later that day the screen went completely black. I have not broke or dropped my handset.. I have a galaxy z flip phone and I assume this is why my screen went black after a while as the pressure of it being flipped.. they told me I need to make a new claim and it’s not covered under warranty because my screen is “bleeding” and this is classed as new damage.. my screen broke for no reason and I can only assume it’s down to their incompetence. Clearly my screen was not fixed properly in the first place and this is why it broke not even 2 months later. You’ll have to make new claims every other month when their repair fails. AVOID

SCAM, stay away! They refused to cancel my policy within the cancellation window as they count when their customer service replies to you but they don't count when you request and don't allow you to cancel yourself.

AVOID AVOID AVOID I should have read previous reviews before thaking out this policy. I insured 2 handsets one a work phone which after an 8 minute conversion with customer cate was happy to do.I asked were both covered 24/7 as I powered off my work phone after hours. As I worked security Damage and theft was my main concern. My phone was stolen . I filled police reports,blacklisted the device and provided .all documentation including proof of purchase ,ownership and usage. Loveitcoverit delayed the claim constantly asking for more information which i provided. The claim was refused as I did not provide proof of usage to the point of the theft. So technically if you are not using the phone up to the point of the loss/Theft you are not covered .IT DOES NOT say in the terms and Conditions the time frame between the last usage and the loss / Theft. Absolutely dishonest company. Roll on legal action & Financial regulator Complaint. Loveitcoverit today sent this quote from the terms and Conditions "In the event of a claim you must be able to proof of usage from your network provider that confirm your gadget has been in use since policy inception and up to the event giving rise to your claim" no mention of how long before the event 1 minute,1 hr,1 day,1 week nothing. The perfect loophole to avoid paying out on a claim. I genuinely look forward to fighting this in a court of law

If i could leave a 0 star i would. The worst company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Took months to get them to stop asking for documents which i had already sent them multiple times before. They never commented on questions i asked. Lost my phone in Algeria where they do not do police reports for losses. This was held Against me. I could not get access to my I phone account in Algeria as i lost my phone and had no way to access it. That was held against me. Eventually after litterally dozens of emails the rejected my claim because i couldn't get into my iphone account and because i was playing football on the beach with the phone in my pocket when it fell out. Totally disgusting treatment.

The worst insurance you can think of. Previously, I’ve had insurance with my bank, mobile company and home insurance, I’ve claimed twice and they were so professional and helpful. But this insurance is a scam. Please read the real reviews in Google as I have noticed they’ve done the same with many other customers. Here is why: - They have made rules that are not in their policy - The advisor handled my case (Kate Papagavriel) was neglectful, rude and unprofessional advisors - Failure to answer my email - An advisor(Billy) told me they will review my claim in 72 hours which was a lie - Then another advisor called Kate told me I need to wait until cool off perilous is over which is not in the policy they’ve sent me. I’ll leave more feedback in other review website so hopefully people don’t get into the trap. Please read their 1-2 star reviews before purchasing the insurance with them.

Zero stars, company with non-existing customer service. Held my tablet for a month without any notifications about its status. After a month and my calls they inform me that they will send me an email (!?). My claim as accidental damage was rejected! It is complete waste of time, avoid them and go to local shop for repair instead. I am still waiting for my tablet back and a misleading policy refund.

Avoid at all cost if you want your phone to be repaired by authoriaed repair experts. It turns out they are will find an excuse to refuse to get your phone fixed by Apple. I’m hey will insist for you to send your phone into their warehouse for repair. This is despite the fact that I get charge you a £100+ “excess fee”. It is worth mentioning that I can get my phone fixed for £100 by unauthorised shops on the high street, so why am I paying for insurance if I have to pay the same amount in “excess”? It’s just a money making machine in the hope that new customers won’t do their research. I’ve had a terrible experience with them and am letting you know so you don’t make the same mistake. Don’t pay for insurance and just get your phone fixed on the high street if anything happens to it, turns out much cheaper overall.

AVOID - AVOID - AVOID - AVOID ALL TIME I have no option apart from writing this review to let other people know how this company will deal with you when you are trying to make a claim when something happens to your gadget. I took out my Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max insurance with this company about 6 months ago and recently went out in London and I lost my phone in a taxi on my way home. I reported this claim almost three weeks ago and I am still without the phone. The claim handlers name is Talor and she doesn't know what she's doing, I have been asked more than 3 to 5 times for the same details again and again to be honest with you it's the worst experience I ever had in my life. Provided every single details been answered. Most important providing 3G network proof for Barring lost phone. They are more interested in finding out where is my old phone, (which I have already tried finding and was unsuccessful), rather than giving me a replacement phone, which is why I purchased this insurance policy. I will recommend everyone to think plenty of times before you choose this company for your insurance policy. All they want from you is monthly payment but in return they are just going to waste your time by not providing you anything when something happens to your phone. Stay away from this company, they are unwilling to help.

Slow respond. 0 answers to your questions. Support is asking You about something else instead of just answering. Instead of help they just trying to get rid of you as quick as possible. After few weeks I was done with it. I paid for subscription straight 2 times for the whole year. Had to cancel it because it was going to nowhere. Scum company. That is all.
