Very quick delivery and I am very pleased with the quality of the product. It was bought for my daughter's birthday and she couldn't wait to play with it. Excellent quality and well made. Overall therefore, I would recommend the company and products with no hesitation at all.

Bought myself a bundle of toys and I can’t recommend the products and service enough. Order delivered in a day and the quality of them is fab. As well as this I also spoke with the customer service team regarding the products and delivery and they couldn’t be more helpful. I’m looking forward to buying more products from Love To Be Natural in the future.

Really, REALLY pleased with both my purchase and the service from Love To Be Natural. The sling is great, it's exactly as described, and I'm loving it, and the delivery was actually a day earlier than estimated. Great value and fantastic service. Heartily recommended!

Excellent all round! Easy to order, fast dispatch, kept up to date with good comms, delivery arrived in recycled packaging. Product itself is excellent and was well priced. Definitely recommend.

Fab service!! I needed a lot of advice beforehand and Beth was very helpful. Quick dispatch and delivery of a beautifully wrapped product, and best of all they used eco friendly packaging which I was very impressed with. Little touches were nice too like a handwritten note and inclusive advice leaflets.

Fantastic baby carrier at a great price delivered next day! I was able to sign up to their newsletter and got £5 off my order too. Plus I was able to pay by Klarna which I thought was fab. Any little bit to help goes a long way in the current climate haha. Oh, and when it arrived the parcel was gorgeous. All wrapped up in eco packaging with a lovely little note. I am very impressed! Definitely thumbs up!!

Absolutely fabulous service. From help with choosing a sling, to being able to split the payments over a few months (amazingly helpful at this time by the way!!), to fast delivery, to the eco packaging, to the fantastic quality of the product itself, I am just so so happy. They really go above and beyond, particularly with the help and advice, and making sure I chose the right sling. There's so many out there it can be a bit confusing, and it's enough dealing with a newborn and I just want to make sure I get it right. The care and attention to detail in the packaging really shows how much they care too. Thankyou!!!

Great service, fast delivery, and my wife like the sling very much. The baby is happier in the sling and he cry less so we are happy too! The website is good and easy to use and I can pay by Klarna, and I got £5 off purchase.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE I've ordered in the past no problems, however this time its been shocking.  I ordered a month ago, order acknowledgement came through perfect - since taking my money all down hill. No email to say my order was partly out of stock- upon chasing 2x weeks into my current ongoing wait, they emailed back apologising and they would issue the same item different colour. Guess what another 2 weeks later and still no delivery and no emails.  Uv50 hats for my baby spending over £30 for quality rather than your standard shop.  What a joke this is. I'll update my review in another month when I'm probably still waiting!!!!

Fantastic. They had the product I was looking for even when everywhere else was sold out. It was easy to purchase, I was able to pay by Klarna, and delivery was next day, which I thought was brilliant given things at the minute. Plus, it arrived in eco packaging which I thought was impressive too.

I had the most awful experience with this company and would never buy from them again. I ordered two coats, the soft shell mamalila and the winter version as I was unsure of how warm they would be. I messaged using the online chat first to check that this would be OK to do and to return one of the coats. I was advised that this was fine so placed my order. There was 10% off at the time of ordering which was a big factor in deciding to buy the coat as it was so expensive, but the box to enter the code didn't show on my screen as it was underneath the confirmation button so I didn't see it to put the code in. I realised my mistake instantly and messaged immediately through the online chat. I sent several messages and received no reply. I then went on their Facebook page and received a reply saying it would be dealt with first thing in the morning. I was happy to cancel my order and reorder that night so I could get the discount as it was substantial, but I had no option to do that on their Web page. Several days later and I had sent several emails and still had received no contact. I then began to worry about a potential problem sending a coat back and receiving a refund as I had spent almost £400 expecting to get half of it back. I then googled the company and found lots of reviews stating the same experience where people couldn't contact them or get a refund and had to chase through their credit card company. I then spoke to citizens advice in anticipation of a problem and they advised me to take photos of the condition of the coat I was to return and get signed for postage. I received the coats, decided which one to keep (although by this stage I didn't want to keep any as I didn't feel the company deserved my money) but as I had to pay return postage I decided to keep one and just put up with that. I did as citizens advice told me to and returned one coat. I tracked it and saw when it was received. I also received an email saying they had received it and I would be given a refund. I waited several weeks and still no refund. I contacted the company again through email and their chat feature and they never replied. In the end I had to go through my credit card company to reclaim the refund. Luckily I had evidence of returning one coat plus I had the emails I had sent to the company as evidence and I was given a refund 3 months after returning the coat from my credit card company. I thought I was helping out a small business by buying from them, and they seemed reputable online with great reviews. It was such a stressful and.upsetting time while I was pregnant. I will never buy from them again.
