Wrote a question to this company last week and still have not heard from them. Unacceptable.

My class has arrived in less than one week. I wear them every night and my eyes feel relaxed. Unfortunately, I am still not sleeping through the night. But I’m going to order a second pair.

I like Low Blue Light's products. (I have bought several of their acrylic screens and a few of their thinner screens). But their customer service has totally gone downhill. They used to be great about replying to emailed questions about their products. However, they stopped replying to emails a couple of months ago. (I checked my spam folder -- nothing there). I've tried sending them direct emails and also emails via their website form. They simply don't reply.

Hard to understand huge discrepancy in postage rates.

I thought the site was okay enough. My challenge is that I was under the impression they would have arrived by now. I see below here the question "was your delivery on time?" and I can't help but think the answer is NO. It has been a week and I have ordered from two other locations 4 days after this order and already received those products.

Fit the glasses which other brands did not.

I enjoy using my ipad in the evening, with the LowBlueLights screen on it. It helps to allow me to sleep at night, even after using my ipad. Great product!

I have purchased several pairs of blue-blocking glasses from LowBlueLights.com over the last few years. I'm very glad that these products are out there and I do feel that they help me with my sleep issues, but the one major issue I've had with the glasses I've used (aside from the fact that they are somewhat pricey) is that the plastic frames and the hinge mechanisms are not very high quality. Mine always begin to break apart/disintegrate after about a year or so of use, even though the lenses themselves have no issues. For that reason, I've given up on the glasses and have decided to try the screen filters instead. Hopefully I'll have better luck with those!

We like the rechargeable light. Sometimes booklights come with hard to find batteries sizes. This is very good feature!!

I love the nightlight. Have them everywhere. PLEASE could make nightlight that turn on and off automatically so I dont have to go around turning them all off in the morning?

This is the second time I ordered the night light, just to have another. Prevents me being too awake after multiple nightly bathroom trips, yet enough light. Recommend highly!

I love this company. Their website is super easy to use and I can access the information on they "why's" of low blue lights. They've been very informative since I found them 3 years ago. Their products are of good quality, and I've recommended them to a number of my clients who are wanting to have better sleep and health. Thank you for addressing this very important issue is a practical way that does not involve taking anything internally!

The nightlight bulbs fit perfectly in our classic old nightlight fixtures. It always bothered me that the old incandescent ones burned all night every night creating heat, however little, and throwing away electricity. The LBL ones give off a very nice orange glow and provide enough light to do the job without being too bright while running cool and using a tiny amount of electricity. The big deal though is the "Blue-free Reading and Book Light", simply awesome and the best I have encountered (and I’ve had a few). This is the first I’ve had that easily illuminates the full open book, no need to adjust the light as you read. The clip works, as does the dimmer (the lowest setting is just right for me), and I like that I can always fall back on plugging it into the wall should I run out of battery power or when if battery eventually fails (which they all do, eventually). Perhaps best is the color; it DOES appear to promote sleep. When I read in the middle of the night it is because I am tossing and turning, but now I read a few pages and have a much better chance of falling asleep rather than just getting more frustrated because sleep doesn't come. And really as important as the effect on the reader is that the warm-colored light appears to not wake my wife like my other book lights and the table lamp beside the bed used to do. Highly recommended!

I hade trouble loading the site. Once on the site was busy and confusing. It took almost 30 to complete the order. In my opinion that is too long. But maybe I am the one who is challenged and the site is fabulous. Just one man’s opinion/ experience!
