I’m very disappointed that the product line has diminished. As a clinician, I’ve recommended Low Blue Lights products to many clients, as well as using them myself. Given the dearth of products available, it seems like I’ll have to find other resources. That’s a shame! Any chance you’ll restock in the near future?

Website is awful. It was terrible to enter account data and everything ran together. Please upgrade your site. Also youpryour key product was out of stock the two times I was on the site.

I tried to update my password I never got a link to do this. When I called the company I got a recording saying the voice mailbox was full and could not accept any additional messages. The website is not the most accessible on mobile devices. The format for entering in information was very hard to read. I also never received a confirmation email with my order details.

Your product is good, but just your customer service that is difficult for customers to get a response from customer service, so your mission cannot be achieved !And your website system, it's easy to confuse people. So in the end, I didn't get your response. It's a pity that some items in the end I will buy elsewhere.

I have been using your low blue light glasses Novelist product for most of the last decade and have absolutely loved them. I have come upon one error that seems to repeat itself for at least the last four pairs I have gotten. The hinge point breaks and the piece that runs to the back of your ear comes away sometime within the first year. This is not done with any real amount of force. Just everyday use. If they were more durable that would be great but right now they are very poor.

Worst website I've seen in years. If i wasn't determined, I'd have given up trying to purchase. Not optimized for mobile and desktop version nearly as bad. Start over, higher a pro.

The glasses themselves are good, except within a couple of months one of the arms of one of the pair of glasses that were purchased broke, in the ensuring weeks I have been trying to organise a replacement pair. To date I have received one response to my multiple emails. The glasses are not cheap and I would not expect them to break this close to purchase. I cannot think of an incident that would have broken the arm, so it must be due to inferior product make up. So I guess my advice is beware if something goes wrong.

I like Low Blue Light's products. (I have bought several of their acrylic screens and a few of their thinner screens). But their customer service has totally gone downhill. They used to be great about replying to emailed questions about their products. However, they stopped replying to emails a couple of months ago. (I checked my spam folder -- nothing there). I've tried sending them direct emails and also emails via their website form. They simply don't reply.
