I bought the bulbs through another site so I didn’t know it was Low Blue Lights. They came from the US and the shipping was expensive. When they arrived there was an extra $22 COD

Easy ordering process; however, I don't like that I did not receive an order confirmation email or prompt to print a copy of the invoice. Unless, I missed it...I need to go back to the site to obtain a copy.

I thought the site was okay enough. My challenge is that I was under the impression they would have arrived by now. I see below here the question "was your delivery on time?" and I can't help but think the answer is NO. It has been a week and I have ordered from two other locations 4 days after this order and already received those products.

I have purchased several pairs of blue-blocking glasses from LowBlueLights.com over the last few years. I'm very glad that these products are out there and I do feel that they help me with my sleep issues, but the one major issue I've had with the glasses I've used (aside from the fact that they are somewhat pricey) is that the plastic frames and the hinge mechanisms are not very high quality. Mine always begin to break apart/disintegrate after about a year or so of use, even though the lenses themselves have no issues. For that reason, I've given up on the glasses and have decided to try the screen filters instead. Hopefully I'll have better luck with those!

I hade trouble loading the site. Once on the site was busy and confusing. It took almost 30 to complete the order. In my opinion that is too long. But maybe I am the one who is challenged and the site is fabulous. Just one man’s opinion/ experience!

After my order, I never received a confirmation e-mail with the order details. I'm hoping my order went through and will be shipped but am not 100% sure due to the lack of confirmation e-mail. Aside from that, all my other interactions with the site was fine.

I would if you got offer some non LED lights. Those in itself are toxic. So when doing something good for our health why not do it right all the way ?

I don't know how they really affect my sleeping. I am not so concerned about going to sleep every evening as I am about being able to stay asleep for more than four hours. In my case, I don't think they help as much as I was hoping.

The small plug-in nightlight work great. However the reading lamps (gooseneck) have issues. First of all, structurally, the neck is adjustable (a great feature), but very soon will break if you adjust it frequently (which we/our kids do). So, if you get a gooseneck reading lamp make sure to clip it somewhere and basically just leave it there with minimal adjusting of the neck so as not to cause it to break. The key issue I have, though, is there seems to also be a flaw in the charging mechanism. For some odd reason it won't charge unless the charging cord is positioned a certain way. As if the wire within the cord is broken and only manages to charge if aligned very precisely. We manage to get a charge, but it's more stressful than it needs to be. I've ordered so many of these because we are believers in LBL and the need for it. However, disappointed that we have to keep buying replacements.
