“After falling into debt through an unfortunate circumstance in 2019 I had 4 accounts passed over to Lowell. At first I buried my head in the sand in contacting them. When I spoke to them they helped me set up an affordable plan. Today I finally cleared all those debts . These guys may seem like the bad guys but I can honestly say that everyone I spoke to really helped me and gave a lot of advice.”
“I received a text message from Lowell telling me that I had not responded to a letter they had sent and asked me to contact them. On speaking to them I was informed that they had sent me 3 letters none of which I received. They were contacting me regarding a Barclaycard loan of £4000+ with the last activity on the account in 2014. I told them several times I had never taken a loan with Barclaycard and to send me a statement showing how this was made up. It appears they were unable to do this. Having discussed the matter for more than 15 minutes I requested they send me all details they had of charges and payments. Just as they agreed to do this, they suddenly advised me that the debt was Statute Barred even though they’d told me the last action on the account was 9 years ago. This was obviously a ‘fishing trip’ hoping to get me worried into paying £4000+ for an unsubstantiated debt which was over 9 years old and no longer able to be recovered though the legal system. A pointless waste of time! Beware!”
“I was dealing with a lady called zaynab, we were settling up a payment plan to settle my debt. Zaynab is a credit to your firm, she was polite,patient and very understanding and she treated me great. Thank you zaynab.”
“Just a really bad experience I’d just lost my mum to covid and the rudeness of there staff is unbelievable over the phone they won’t take no for a answer don’t want to no when you told them it’s been paid so what I will do now is drive to the offices in Harlow Essex and explain it to them properly because they struggle with that on the phone”

I know they are scammers, because I never used a company service from which they claim I have debt to, I tried to send them an email but is impossible, I wanted to ask them to stop sending me spam. On their letter they tell people to check them on trust pilot, where they have hundreds of good reviews ,and bad ones. They replied to my review, saying it could be a mistake with the company name they wrote, that I should call them because I definitely own them something.
Everyone who wants to make justice, send them a review on trust pilot as well. I know that many people are damn enough to pay them ( old people such as my mum or grandma) .
I see that they work for quite long time, why they are still on the market? Why nobody reported them to police ?”
