“ The customer service is amazing. They are very responsive and helpful. My order was right within this tariff turmoil, which took US customs 10 days to clear. I understand the delay in customs is not controllable by LOZURI but the whole journey from order confirmation to getting the order took 28 days in total (still took LOZURI 18 days to ship out my order) was beyond my understanding.
