I have been purchasing a variety of products from Lucky for years and have always found researching the products available, placing the order, being updated as my order is processed, shipped for free, packed well, arrives safely and exactly what I ordered exceptional! Not one issue from start to finish. Only Once, I had a problem, called customer service and it was rectified. Not only was the issue fixed in minutes I received a personal note in the mail from the customer service rep! Thanking me.
