I have requested my order be canceled. No where in the order process was I informed that there may be delivery issues as a result of your move. I can go to Colorado and get the product and it would be faster.

My first order contained probiotics that require refrigeration. They were not packed in a temperature controlled packaging. Their competitor (VitaCost) does. Trying to contact Customer Support via phone number is futile, will direct you to either email or chat. Unlikely I will order from them again.

Horrible shipping. Took 16 days to arrive in the next state since they shipped via USPS. Other vitamin companies use Fed Ex or UPS Ground and you get in a few days. Also, they were out of stock on many items and expected you to order these items in quantities of 5 for a back order.

It's funny that I would receive this now, which means whoever sent it, didn't pay attention to shipping. I was supposed to receive the order on 7/24/20; however, it will not arrive until the 28th; so, I'm told. My thoughts, seems every one is taking advantage of the fake pandemic. I will be more sympathetic when the real one hits.

I had paid extra shipping to get the vitamins more quickly but they were the item that didn't arrive until almost 2 months later. I should have opted for free shipping. Otherwise, items all fine!

Took forever to be delivered. Then I tried to remove my card and wouldn't let me. Tried to charge me for my second auto ship before I even received the first one!

I found the product I wanted (Citrus Magic) and ordered $60+ of it. Later I discovered I had somehow become involved in a “free trial” of something (I still don’t know of what) that would began costing me monthly fees after a short period. It could not locate how to cancel, and finally emailed your support. I felt your company took advantage of my contact. I will not order from you again and will add you to my junk mail list.

It took 6-7 weeks to ship a few paper products. Entirely to long of a time frame. Paying shipping for this was comical...shipping should of been free.

I ordered on 4/26. Shipped on 4/30. Arrived today, 5/12. I had trouble confirming because the tracking number in my confirmation email was missing digits. But you know what has arrived? 5 separate SPAM emails from luckyvitamin. Including the one asking me to take a survey. Now, we're in a crisis, so I don't mind the slower delivery. But the bad tracking number is a problem, and the spam is unforgivable. Decent prices, and the product is one I am familiar with already. It was well-packaged. But C'mon, stop it with the spam. Plenty of places do good package and don't flood my inbox with time-wasting emails.

I purchased several bottles of the seventh generation granite cleaner/polish for my green cleaning company and one of them was less than half full. I waited for a long time to receive these and now I don't have enough to get me through and will have to place another order.

My order was filled correctly and quickly. I did not realize that I was signing up for a monthly fee. I only order from here about once or twice a year. But, I was able to cancel this feature once I received my bill and a phone number.

It took 3 weeks to receive my order. My account was debited and the order was not shipped. It wasn’t until I requested a refund that someone decided to actually place my order for shipping. I don’t think I will use your company again

The price for the vitamins was awesome, it did take some time to receive our order, however that is understandable with the current pandemic, but the communication was great. There were some major issues once we received our vitamins, the top was leaking out of both bottles and there was bubbles coming out of one of the bottles.

Broken bottle in packaging in box. Emailed Lucky Vitamin twice and no response in regards. Prices were good and found what I was needing.

There nearly always seems to be a problem with Lucky Vitamin. *their cart is down, so you miss the sale prices *they send your order to an old address *a discount takes you below the $49 free delivery threshold without knowing it would; they don't give you leniency Their prices are very good, don't get me wrong. But their orders always take over a week and often 10 days to arrive. I'm always on the verge of giving up on them. But, what can I say? Maybe I'm a glutton for punishment. Just know what you might be in for.

Ridiculous when you have an issue you cannot talk to a live person. The one time I left a message they did not call back. Switching to Vitacost, prices are the same and they have a live customer service representative......

There’s no way to cancel an order. The website says it has to be within 15 minutes before it goes to processing state but before being processed there’s no email confirmation nor does it show up on the website. Customer service isn’t available during that time. There’s no room for orders made by mistake and to return there’s a hefty charge of shipping.
