I am an expat in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Last February 2023 I ordered some supplements door-to-door from Lucky Vitamins. I got a tracking No. which never worked. After 2 months I wrote to them and was surprised to hear that the shipment arrived in Riyadh on 1st March, the courier slept on it, then sent it back to the US. I was never notified, and would still be waiting had i not contacted them. They said they will refund me, less 25% for "restocking fee", in spite of the whole fiasco being the courier's mistake and me having wasted 2 months waiting and then emailing their Customer Service. I am still waiting for my refund. I would never recommend this Company to anyone.

I texted Lucky Vitamin last night in response to the address being entirely messed up in my order confirmation email. I haven’t received any response aside from your automated “how did we do” email. This is what I wrote: “Hi Lucky Vitamin, I’m feeling very UNLUCKY related to your (poor) website. You have an F-ed up (WRONG) shipping address showing for the order I just placed for Nature’s Plus Source of Life gummies. I am not able to correct it. It has my old street address with my new city and state. YOU MUST NOT SEND OUT MY ORDER WITH THAT SHIPPING ADDRESS AS THE SHIPMENT WILL FAIL AND NEVER REACH ME. My correct SHIPPING and BILLING address is: “Frank Lyford 2609 Hermitage Park Dr Hermitage TN 37076 “Please confirm to me that you have received this message and have corrected my shipping address for today’s order and for all future orders going forward. “Thank you” I am still looking for your confirmation that you were able to correct my shipping address. Im afraid my experience of your website has consistently been abysmal, far from good or “lucky”.

This company is a scam. It is unacceptable that the LuckyVitamin company does not have a sector to take care of products that have not been delivered, because they have already received the money for the products, and we customers who care about us? LuckyVitamin, the company that hires the transponder company, the LuckyVitamin company has to solve the problem. I made a purchase through LuckyVitamin on 31/05/2022. Until today (20/09/2022) I have not received the products. I contacted the company several times, however they did nothing. I did some investigating myself and found out that someone got the invoice wrong so the products were returned to Lucky Vitamin. However, on return, the products are stopped in Germany. I contacted Lucky Vitamin again, explained the whole situation, but even so my case was treated with disregard. In short, they don't care about the customers, because I wasn't the one who hired the transport company, they were the ones, and as soon as there's a problem they don't solve it. I bought the supplements for health reasons, I am unemployed and lost 200.00 euros (that was the value of my products). It is regrettable all the neglect that LuckyVitamin has with customers. This company is a scam, don't waste your money like I did. I hope I helped someone, I wouldn't want more people to fall for this scam.

Ordered 4 items on 5/2 of which 3 shipped and 1 item backordered (not a problem). It was my first order and I received 20% off, plus it exceeded $50, so I also received free shipping. On 5/5, LuckyVitamin cancelled my backordered item. I inquired as to why, and was informed that it was because it was backordered. I was told that it was now in stock and I would have to re-order it, pay full price, and pay for shipping since it was under the limit. The website states that back ordered items are shipped at "no extra cost". I emailed multiple times for help and only received a $5 off coupon. My original order was not honored. Very dissatisfied, as this was my first order and was hoping I had found a good source of healthy products. Order was sent to another city, to a nonexistent address, not the home address I entered. No assistance to reship my order to correct address. Just lost my money due to error on part of Lucky Vitamin.

I made an order and due to some internal country restrictions, parcel couldn't be delivered and finally it has been returned to Luckyvitamin, than during 1 month I'm trying to get my money back, refund can be processed as financial institutions suspended theirs operation. I asked support team several times to proceed with voucher with the same amount so in future I can order goods again, but support team keeps silence. The worst customer support I have ever faced, they don't want to help and solve your problem, where actually there is no problem at all. Don't recommend to have a deals with the company

Here is my story of how LuckyVitamin is almost like a scammer, from which many people have shared many similar or bad experiences of buying products and should stay away. I have two orders that are under delivery process, but there are a couple of products that have been AUTOMATICALLY canceled due to the shortage AFTER I placed the orders, and the packages got shipped out WITHOUT ANY FURTHER CONFIRMATION WITH ME. Their customer representative just disappeared and didn’t seem to respond to my emails when I was asking for full cancelation of my orders or waiting for all the products I placed available back in stock. Even though they only charged me for the products that got shipped out, still, this is not the way of offering a sales service that forces consumers to accept the deal that has been changed without their awareness. Now the packages are on the way to my country, and I can only choose to take them without a couple of products I originally placed in the orders OR leave them to get them shipped back to their warehouse but without any refunds back. Besides that, their shipment is EXTREMELY slow that for sure will drive you nuts, which, according to comments from others, even sometimes gets your packages lost and never finishes the delivery, and of course, no refunds back. Also, they will close the window of canceling an order in a very short time after you placed it and take a very long time to ship the package out. I had a wonderful experience with iHerb, but it is currently not available for me because they have some issues with the custom in my country. Otherwise, LuckyVitamin has no way to compare to and compete with iHerb in my experiences, and I will NEVER EVER suggest their service to anyone. Finally, LuckyVitamin, Yu-Chieh here, if you are reading this post, please reach out to me to continue our previous conversations about the full cancelation of the orders and the refunds.

Lucky Vitamin use to be a decent company. Then without any notification to their loyal customers they moved distribution which I understand was maybe needed and just thought it would be okay that we literally waited three months to get an order we can get from several other companies. I spent $125+ Every month at Lucky Vitamin and after the way loyal customers were treated during this upheaval was plain terrible. So my business has gone elsewhere. And I hope you leave an honest review up here. Maybe someday you can earn the business back if it matters at all. Thank you.

They send me a package that never arrived. But I would get back my money as soon as it was returned to their warehouse. But apparantly it didn't get back within the 90 days. So I loose all my money. Lucky Vitamin are thieves. Never buy with them

I've been a lucky vitamin customer for many years. Their customer service practices are not congruent with their stated customer satisfaction policy. If you value your money, energy and peace of mind DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM They are not interested in keeping their customers happy/satisfied. They will not do the right thing and correct their errors and compensate you fairly.

I have made an order the 7 of april, it happen that the post guy never showed up. i precise that i'm working home. It was returned at lucky vitamin and they received the order 45 days later. I have asked about my order 60 days later and they said i have to wait for them to receive it, in they warehouse, to refund me. It's been 6 month that they received it and it didn't make it to the warehouse. It's odiously lost, but they don't open claim for that, they consider it somewhere, but not lost. They have lost my order from their office to the warehouse... If it happen to you, you will have nothing but more than disrespectful sell service, who will tell you to "move forward" and who will stop the conversation because of questions they don't want to answer. i've lost 150$, they have used one of the worst transporter of my country (colis privé, 1 on 5 star on trust pilot). They don't take any responsibility on that too. It's a shame.

Do not buy from this website! My package never arrived. I'm in Russia. When I tired tracking my package, it was in Germany... No updates after that. I was told to wait by the customer service, and then that it's been over 90 days, so no refund is possible, even if they find my package and get it back. So I just gave them my money for free!

DON'T BUY IN THIS WEBSITE What I can see this company is a scam, I placed an order that on the website have the information they have in stock and after I confirmed my purchase I received an email saying that they cannot delivery and they doesn't know when it will be delivered, First I spoke with John Paul who hates his job and doesn't want to help and make it clear that they don't care.... after I received another email from Rahma Akmad who says he's a supervisor saying the same thing that they cannot delivery and neither cancell/ refund. Don't buy otherwise you'll loose your money.

There's no real sales. They just give you sales on certain products that they want to sell you. Not the ones that you want to buy. Then calling in, it's hard to rach anybody for help also.

I had a horrible experience with Lucky Vitamin and the customer service is the worst. I placed an order, set it up for Auto Delivery, and they shipped the first order just fine. Their system then proceeded to deliver the next auto delivery to my old address. When I questioned this, they told me that it was my fault and still charged me. I ended up having to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
