I placed a $148 order on 7/3/21. On 7/8/21 the order was allegedly sent to my house we sold 3 years ago. I had changed the address on their website to our new address. When I got the text that the order was being delivered to this old address I called Lucky Vitamins and they said they could not redirect it or have it picked up. I have called twice now to get my money back but they will not refund my money. They said I will get my money back it the package is returned. I am now waiting for a supervisor to call. l have lost all confidence in this company and I am not sure if they sent the package out, why they wouldn't have the package redirected before it was delivered and why they sent it to an old address that we have not lived at for years! They do not care about their customers at all! $148 is a lot of money for someone to lose! BEWARE!!! The supervisor just called back while writing this review and said there is nothing they can do about this unless the package is returned....WOW! They are keeping my $148 and won't refund the money!This is just unacceptable in our world and we will never order from Lucky Vitamins again!!!

Imagine one day I woke up, grabbed 25 euros, and decided to throw them in the trash. This reflects the outcome of my experience with Lucky Vitamin. Just after I ordered I decided to look online for reviews of this website, I immediately knew I made a mistake... but it was far too late. I paid extra for having it delivered in 10 days, just to wait a month and in the end, just as it was "in route" having them state that the address was incorrect and ship it back. The truth is I have ordered before to the same address multiple times (from other companies) and never had one single issue.´ I caution you not to make the same mistake as I did. Save your money and your time and mental sanity, and order somewhere else.

I am very depressed that Lucky Vitamins is selling vitamins that are rated by 3rd party ratings with an "F". I had no luck in getting any response from LuckyVitamin and with both experiences can only give 1 star which is 1 star too much. They also make it complicated to return and it is not easy as they advertise. They also want to keep a portion of the fee when returning which was not clear when purchasing.

Do not buy with them. They are scammers! I purchased an expensive product with them and never arrived. They do not want to contact DHL to see what happened and they do not want to help me at all to refund my money or reship the product I never received and I paid for. To summarize, they took my money and never received the product. Total scammers! Order LV18834534 (just in case you want to help me now, because I contacted you several times without success)

Do not buy with them. They are scammers! I purchased an expensive product with them and never arrived. You sent me an email telling me that Dolcedi was back in stock, so I order 12 bottles. The next day you emailed me to tell me that it was on backorder!? Then today you sent me another email telling me to reorder Dolcedi -- and to my surprise (NOT) it was still on backorder!

Lucky Vitamin mailed my package to my last used address instead of my default address. Unfortunately, the package ended up at a closed for the season summer camp. Lucky Vitamin refused to refund me unless the package could be returned within 90 days. I could only retrieve the package if I drove a total of 5 hours and broke travel restrictions by traveling to a restricted state. Lucky vitamin will also no longer speak to you on the phone regarding customer service issues. I was previously a customer for over 10 years

No goods, no refund for 12 weeks! At first I was put off with the reason for Brexit, saying I should be patient. Always said that they don't know where the parcel is, but trust their parcel service! Now the package should be on its way back, for weeks now, I should now be patient until it is finally back at some point and then I get my money back! I've never seen anything so cheeky, unbelievable.

Stay away from this company they took my money and I got nothing, they intentionally select shipping method that has limited tracking where it will be impossible to figure out where is the shipment and who should you contact to find out. It is almost one & half month since I placed the order and I am not able to find my shipment and luckyvitamins as seller they just keep showing their shipping policy every time I try to seek their help.

Stay far away from LuckyVitamin. Placed big order, website seemed trustworthy, but I have lost all my money! The goods never arrived. Been emailing back and forth many times, but they keep refusing to even consider a refund let alone give it as they keep saying they can't control the carrier and their policy says they can't refund when it has not returned in their warehouse after 90 days. WHAT? What kind of client service is that. Certainly not treating their clients as kings. Be warned, just DO NOT BUY from LuckyVitamin....for you will end up very unlucky indeed! If LV reads this and wants to make it right (as I will place as many negative reviews as I can everywhere!) then my order number is: LV18530328

I never received my order. I contacted LV and they told me to take it up with my courier. I've been trying but still no answers. I lost $100 because I bought with Lucky Vitamin. Why can't they contact the courier and try to get some response from their side? Poor customer service and not happy that I lost my money buying with Lucky Vitamin.

Read all the reviews including trustpilot. LuckyVitamin pretend to place and despatch your order. It then gets returned to sender and they give you a 25% refund. They keep the rest as a restocking fee. Many people have complained about this. Do not use this company.

I was looking to buy some essential oils & vitamin supplements. Came across this website & their prices were very reasonable compared to most online stores. So save some money i did make my first purchase online. The delivery was to made within 3 to 5 business day through Landmark Global. I did not receive the products ordered on the respective date so late evening i was trying to contact LuckyVitamin and found out that they do not have customer service personal but simply one department to only take orders. I spoke to that person but he mentioned he cannot help and has no access to follow up but to take orders and payments. I was told to contact by email or by Robotic chat. I did the robotic chat and they said they will investigate. It will take couple of days. I was checking the courier company called Landmark Global and they too did not have a customer service person that i could speak too, but simply an email, which i did write to, but did not hear back from them. I then started to search about both these companies online and it happened to be a scam, a fictitious company & i was not the only one scammed. My heart sank as it was a considerable amount and i am jobless right now. The only reason i ordered the items was to keep myself healthy and boost my immune system. I then contacted my credit card company and explained the same, they said they will investigate and it may take about 10 to 14 business days. I am writing to save others from being scammed in times of such challenges and difficulties

I returned my entire order, was delivered back to them on Dec. 24th, 2020. Weeks went by and still have not received my refund. I have chatted with them 2 times, the last two chats I was told I would receive my refund in 3-5 business days, but still have not received it. I chatted with them a third time, they now are saying I only returned 5 out of the 6 bottles...LIE! I returned all 6. So either they misplaced one or someone stole one. I can’t believe the run around I am getting. What a fraudulent company! The representative said he will put the refund through but may not be refunded for that 6th bottle. Absolutely disgusting business practices! I had a feeling I wasn’t the first person to have issues with this company, so I looked online for reviews and sure enough it’s a known issue. I will NEVER shop with them again and I will tell everyone who asks my experience and tell them to steer clear of this online store. On 1/18/21 I finally received my refund, but they only refunded me 5 bottles, so they not only get a free bottle but they made money off of it. Freaking scammers! NEVER SHOP WITH THEM. 😡

This review is for the second order which is twice as bad as the first one I had purchased thru Walmart. This was for a direct purchase from your company. Horrible product matched only by horrible customer service

My story about the dealings with Lucky Vitamins is too long to write in this space. I'll condense it. Bottom line I ordered 3 bottles of a product to be delivered to Toronto, Ontario Canada. I never received the product and I was here every day without fail! The Doorbell never rang. After 17 emails they refused to refund me saying the product had to be mailed back to them for a refund. Does that make any sense, since I never received the product in the first place? (Then they have the nerve to tell me they will charge an exorbitant restocking fee which would not amount to much left to be refunded!) After checking the very deep "hidden" notes left on their parcel tracking site (DHL), I saw that DHL wrote "DESTROYED"! rather than initiate a return of the undelivered package to Lucky Vitamins. DHL never returned my emails and there was not a telephone number I could find online to contact them. Same for Lucky Vitamins. No one would accept responsibility for the loss of my goods. Something has happened to this company. I had not ordered from them in years. I used to get my parcels without a hitch and now I see there are more complaints than ever against their customer service dept. Most of the complaints read they never received the products or they found the products were damaged when opened. Right now they are not any better than a bunch of criminal shysters in the way they handle their customers. They lack integrity and totally ignore their customers rights. Don't order from them! If you do, expect nothing but deceit from them in return for your good money that you will never see again.

First-time - AND last-time - customer here. I paid extra for expedited shipping, but of course, the "small print" didn't explain that after a certain hour on EST time (I'm CST), the item wouldn't get to me in the shorter time period. Why wouldn't a comment pop up to say, "Whoops - don't pay extra for expedited shipping! Go with regular shipping." THAT would've been good customer service. I chatted with a nice online representative. He was apologetic, but couldn't refund the expedited shipping cost. It even took a few more days to show up after the "non-expedited" time, which is super disappointing.

Scammers !! Don't order from them !!!! I paid for the order on 06/06/2020 and have not received it until now. I started writing about the issue in July and got replies. Then I contacted the carrier and he sent me to the site, they said that the site should put the package on the wanted list, since the tracker is not tracked. LP refused! They refused to declare a search for the package. And they cannot send me documents confirming that the parcel was generally sent to me. They refuse to return the money. And today they wrote that their warranty is only 90 days and it is over. Want a $ 5 coupon for your next order? What? Seriously? do you offer me a coupon for my next order?
