“I received the wrong order and had to send back the merchandise and I still don't have what I ordered. You have to go ship what they sent wrong and I could not speak to anyone on the phone - it had to be online. They would not connect me to a supervisor. Im still waiting for what I ordered...”

“Watch out! They say that your goods have been returned by DHL and than only partly refund the payment saying that they reduce the amount by some obscure restocking fee!”

“I ordered off of this website because the items I wanted were cheaper but I paid for express shipping and my package wasn't even sent the same day and I ordered it even before 10 am.”

“ordered on fri., 5/29 and put a bit more delivery charge on it for what they told me was next day delivery., Well, checked fedex tracking and it said they never rec'd the package. Still don't know what LV has done with the package. Would like my money back. Even the CEO email I sent, still waiting for response. Terrible service.”

“Ordered package, was given an out for delivery notice (from luckyvitamin, not the currier) waited outside for 4 hours that never came. Ellaine Garcing Was my sustainer service rep, and she was less than helpful. She told me to wait, never acknowledged that a mistake had been made or anything. Never shopping here again.”

“Placed order on April 15th and today is May 5th and it still hasn't arrived. When I open the tracking information it still says on it's way. Orders from Lucky have typically been slow to arrive, I am on the west coast. I hope to receive my package before we hit 30 days. This will most likely be my last order from Lucky.”

“I filled in my shipping address correctly which I have the proof from as I screenshot it. And they still sent the package to my old address in a different country. I spend hours in their chatbox to resolve this and showing them proof but they won't refund me until that package comes back to their warehouse. Knowing how difficult Italian customs is, that package will likely not return and so I lose my time and money due to their mistake.They acknowledge their mistake, yet to won't refund or send me a replacement order till that package returns. Amazing that a company from a first world country in 2020 can still operate like this. Please don't take the risk to order with them, their policy is very bad. They make mistakes, but you are the one that pays for it! Bye Bye 130 euros.”
