Rubbish company. I got charged for customs and product never got delivered and when I contacted the company they did nothing about it but told me to contact my bank. They are just stealing your money and not delivering the product don’t order from this company they are rubbish

Ordered on December 8th and still haven’t received my shipment. They keep changing the delivery date. They now say to expect it on the 23rd.I will not be ordering anything more from this company.

Horrible company, cheating peoples. Be very careful with orders 99% you will not get it.View comments on Facebook 90% peoples chasing his orders, and they delete all comments and blocking peoples

Horrible delivery time. Website says shipment by next day guarantee if ordered before 1pm. I placed my order almost two weeks ago at 9am and still haven't received my order.

Poor customer service. Extremely poor. They need to provide phone customer support. That and they didn’t even tell me the first order they shipped was damaged, I had to play guessing games and figure out what happened. The product wasn’t packaged properly so it was damaged during shipping. I received no notifications from lucky Vitmains. I will not be ordering from them again.

What a nightmare!!! I placed my order on June 24th: 12 deodorants. After placing the order, I asked them not to mention the word "Lucky Vitamin" on the package because Customs in Italy would hold the package thinking it's some pills or something else you cannot get in Europe and is forbidden. They told me they couldn't because as good Americans, they always know better than others. Sure enough, the package got hold at customs on July 2nd and I haven't received anything yet. We are November 23rd now!!! They don't want to deal with customs and tell me I should call them, which of course is impossible! Communication with Alisha the "Happy Wellness Ambassador" is like spitting in the wind. I sent many emails and she doesn't help at all! They don't want to send me the money back because they want the package back, which I don't have. It's a real nightmare!!!! Don't ever buy anything with them if you don't live in the USA! Trust me, you will regret it!!!

Very dishonest company cancels every order I place with a coupon then says my bank declined the transaction which is NOT TRUE! Funny how my bank only "declines" transactions with coupons. What a joke! Just don't offer coupons if you don't want to honor them cheap skates.

Both of the items I order were on back order. I follow up after 2 months. I was told the order would be completed as soon as it was received in the warehouse. It took another follow up to find the status of this order. 4 months....is this good customer service and me follow up twice?

All items ordered were on back order. After receiving a message that it could be another 30 days I wanted to cancel my order. After multiple unanswered phone calls and no help on website I finally was able to send email to cancel only to immediately receive message my order had shipped. Returned order.

WORST Company EVER !!!! The order was divided in Two shipments ( some items were not in stock) and shipped by: 1. FedEX and 2. DHL. FedEX shipment NEVER ARRIVED ..... THANKS for VERY NICE REP. FRANCIS who was able to see what happened and surprisingly was able to issue the REFUND for this part of the order. And Yes, second part of the order was delivered.

Won't ever order from LuckyVitamin again. Items advertised on the website were backordered with a ship date of a few days later. A rep contacted me to state that half my order would be backordered for months at least because they don't have anything else currently incoming to restock. The rep asked if I wanted to keep the order or cancel. I asked if there was any rebate to keep the order and wait... she stated that they would grant me a one-time COURTESY of $10 off my next order. I'm doing YOU the favor and offering to let you keep the order. You aren't doing ME the service. Horrible customer service.

I ordered for the first time back in March. I ordered 8 boxes of detox tea and discovered only 6 were sent after I ran out of tea boxes in 6 months. I placed an order for 8 boxes again and only received 6 and caught it right after my shipment was received. I was charged the full amount and then they ended up telling me that my two boxes were on backorder. I never received a notification. They offered a 5 voucher after I was going back and fourth for an hour, but honestly not worth paying the additional 5 something in shipping. I declined as I will never give this company one more penny. Terrible way to scam customers. Beware!!!!!
