You have very good reviews I see but I am affraid they are not real. Manny peoples like me copmlaint they never received their products. You just rip me of 63 .73 pounds even if my basket cost was 53.73 pounds at the begging! I never received my products wich included items for my kid also! You are a shame website and you pretend of seling something but you are a scam !!! You just left me to waith almost a month as a pregnant woman without vitamins ! Shane shame shame on you bloody website ! I will make sure everyone will know about you and I will report you everywhere possible!!! I saw lots of coments on internet everywhere from people who did not received their products ordred from you so I m not the only one! Did you used the same pretext? Your order has not been insured we can not give an refund”???? Another american scam website !

Ordered some comfort items for my dying Grandmother to help with her hospice care. It's been 12 days and items are still NOT delivered. Will NEVER place another order again. After 7 days of waiting I placed an order for these items with Vitacost and they got them there in 3 days!! Will stick to Vitacost!!!

I ordered two Jarro-Dophilus. My order and the packing slip said it would come with a cold pack. There wasn't a cold pack. When I talked to your service representative on the phone, her attitiude was too bad too sad but you're stuck with the product and can't return it even if the cold pack wasn't there. It was cold when it left the manufacturer. I'm disappointed that you make promises that aren't kept and your representatives don't care.

Currently pregnant which can be stressful - order prenatal which then went on back order and took over a month to get here . So I had to order it again from someone else 😢

The company is terrible - they offer GREAT specials, spend 79$ and get a great item for free - however, they never actually honor the special. I placed an order an hour after I got the email offer, and they said they "ran out of" the item already at that point. I tried to chat with them on a number of occasions, and couldn't connect with them. They gave me a coupon code to use as a courtesy - but it never worked. Stick with Vitacost, they honor their specials!

Disappointing! Apparently, my order arrived at the shipping facility damaged so it was returned. I found out when I checked the tracking # (after wondering why my order hadn’t been delivered). I wasn’t notified by anyone! When I called Lucky Vitamins’ Customer Service to ask about this, she said they’re “too busy to check the order status” and it was the customer’s responsibility. She said she could re-do my order or cancel it. When I asked to have my order overnighted since the delay wasn’t my fault, she said they could expedite it, however, then she said it would be sent by Ground...so no expediting. So now it’s supposed to arrive tomorrow (a week after it should have arrived)...I’m not holding my breath. Seems to me if Lucky Vitamins really cared about its customers, they would keep track of their orders and be pro-active AND they would offer to expedite orders that had to be re-shipped. The lack of concern is troubling. I’ve ordered from them before but I’ve also ordered from some of their online competitors before. The decision has usually come down to best price since the service has been equally good. But after this experience, I seriously doubt I’ll order from Lucky Vitamins again.

My vitamin bottle underneath the paper arrived broken. As I was removing the contents, a jagged piece of plastic cut my third finger and made it bleed. I will return it.

They don't answer chats, they don't return emails and they shipped me a product with a hole the size of a quarter that leaked all over everything and then had the gall to asked me if I wanted a replacement? Seriously? It was autoship and I had to call to cancel. Save yourself the hassle. Just don't use them.

You need not warn anyone taking a blood thinner that they cannot use your product, so I'm out a lot of money for a product I cannot use.

My package never arrived. But I call and they had me waiting 40 min 😓 they did help! Me. but I try to make another order and try to save on shipping and they say no😢did not make a new order. So now I am here still waiting for the first order🤦🏻‍♀️ Is not what I expected from lucky vitamin.

You sent me a lot toothpaste sample and I'm allergic to fragrances and odors and my product reeked of mint and I had to put in a previous bag and box. I also have sent 2 messages regarding this to customer service and haven't received a reply yet.

I've called FOUR times, been put on hold, left a message, told I had to wait. I had canceled my autoship temporarily (i have too many), but a known glitch in your system (i was told), didn't reduce it. I can't go to the post office to return, so I need ups or someone to pick up. I'm at wit's end after being a customer for a long time and you won't help me. scott.rosenberg@outlook.com

Sent me product ready to the expire . It was my first time ordering and it was my last. Sure I can return it and pay shipping and restocking fees for product that in my opinion should not have been sent to me .

I could not place an order for almost a few months as I kept on getting an error when making a payment and the support was pretty useless. I had to finally use PayPal to get around the payment issue. I work in the Customer Service and Information Technology area and I am not sure how this could be as payment issues could mean loss of revenue. Should you be checking all the errors? Also, your support sucks to get this working. I run support and this would be horrible if it happened in my org.

I ordered vanilla cream stevia twice, and still haven't received it, but I did get some Walden Farms Bacon Ranch dressing that I did NOT order.
