I STILL don't have it! In fact, I had to go and buy some locally, because its has been, 12 days since I ordered it! According to the website, I won't get it for 3 more days! I am so mad! I am really considering finding another place to buy my vitamins.

Website did not indicate the items I ordered we're on back order. They continued to ship me parts of it over a few weeks and then I received an Email that it may be 30 more days to fill it. Cancelled the remaining items.

Simple: I was charged for an order I did not place just because the first time I placed an order with this company if you don't want future automatic orders and charges to your credit card you have to opt out. This is absurd policy and I will shout it from the rooftops about this experience. You should be given the option of opting in for auto reorders and not the other way around. I am severely angry about this.

This is a 100% real opinion based on my buying experience on this shop. TL/DR: My review in 3 words: buy somewhere else. The story: I made an order on their shop 45 days ago. Never arrived. The tracking code still says it is in somewhere in the delivery chain. What was the answer from their customer support? They basically told me that it was my problem because I chose the default shipping option (11€) and not a more expensive shipping option (What?). You do provide a default shipping option that is basically a lottery? Amazing… Now, I want to make clear that: 1) I ordered from Spain. They DO claim to ship here on their website. 2) I haven’t received any notification from our customs. I would (in 3-4 days) if the order had got stuck in Spanish Customs. So it IS NOT in the customs. 3) They haven’t even reached the courier to ask for my order. 4) The last email I sent to this shop was sent more than 10 days ago. Never got a response. 5) In the previous emails I sent, it took forever for them to even answer. Absolutely poor experience but, the worst part was not losing the time and money, but their totally unprofessional response and their total lack of respect for EU regulations in terms of customers rights. It may be different if you buy from within the US. I don’t know. But if you are buying from abroad, find somewhere else. This is one of most uninspiring buying experiences in more that 15 years buying regularly online. They make the Chinese quality standards seem top notch. If anyone want further information about this, you can contact me at any time. I will be happy to provide the emails received from them where you can check the dates I am talking about.

good business that went to hell in a hand bag.. waited on phone for 45 minute for a rep to place order no one.. could not place order ..went to check a price and it checked out..so I will never order any item any more,,i hope I'm the only one..

I placed my order 3 weeks ago, and received a shipping confirmation and tracking the next day. However, I have not received my items, and tracking suggests they have not even left the original facility. I have contacted the company but have not received any reply about where my items are or when I can expect them. So far, very disappointed with this experience.

Waited for my order which came to 66.43 dollars, then I had a note from my mailman saying they couldn't deliver the goods because of a customs charge of 23.55 dollars!!! I ordered from you guys to save money, this is terrible! My first experience with you as well!!

Upon return of a defective bottle of Wobenzym N, I was charged $7.95! I have successfully ordered this product for years in the past without reason to return it back to Lucky. It was not my fault. Why the penalty? Please don't say that it's your policy. If I had made a mistake in ordering, I would gladly accept this charge. However, it was a manufacture defect that caused the return, not a defective customer! This is a poor management policy with regards to customer relations in this situation.

I ordered from Lucky Vitamin fairly regularly until your prices skyrocketed. I can get the same items/brands from Amazon for much less. Sorry you are no longer price competitive.

It took so long to get my order I ordered somethings from "WISH" which is in China and that stuff got to me before my order from you guys. Your free delivery "SUCKS".. will be trying Vitacost or some other vitamin online store. Very disappointed......then on top of that you sent one of my products 2 days after that.

Non existent customer service. Chat reps are rude and unprofessional. Impossible to get any information through email - they just don't respond. Tried calling but after you select to speak to a rep they put you on hold and then the line goes silent. They took forever to ship my order. And I'm a first time customer, you would think they'd want to make a good impression. Then they cancelled part of my order with a generic email that says I cancelled it and they were very sad about it!!! I emailed asking why it was being canceled. No response in a week. I will not be going back.

It's good price but terrible shipment. It's take over 2weeks until I got my order. Even they put wrong tracking number and they never responded my message. Horrible service
