We placed our order Jan 2nd 9:30 am pst before your cut off time and you didn't ship the same day nor the next day. We recieved our order on Jan 13th and it showed all items in stock that we ordered. We usually order from Vitacost which has much faster free shipping with customer service reps you can call and speak to. Your customer service and response time is terrible...

I have been unhappy with any products from Lucky Vitamin, but customer service could be better. I had a discount code, and forgot to enter at the right time. I called and was told that nothing could be done except to give me a 10% discount on a future order. The next time I needed to order, that discount had expired 5 days earlier. Some of this is my fault, but for the sake of keeping a customer wouldn't you think?

I ordered product on Dec 3 and the tracking says I should receive it Dec. 21. That seems to be a long time coming!!!

Haven't received my order yet and at this point not sure if I ever will. Had to follow up twice just to get it out the door, although I notice the charge to my card was immediate. I won't be following up a third time. If my order does not arrive soon, I will issue a cancellation on the charge and write this company off in favor of some other online retailer. So much for giving anything out of this order as a Christmas gift. This is a whole new level of suckage for Lucky because I have been using you for over 10 years and the shipping and customer support were always stellar. But clearly, you have chosen the path of outsourcing and this has immediately impacted the customer experience. If you contact customer support now, you either have to chat with a useless BOT or you have to send an email to the Philippines and wait up to 48 hours for a response. So disappointing. So sad. Why on earth would a company choose to shoot themselves in the foot this way?

I placed this order months ago. The items that were available shipped right away and the remainder of the order remained in an "Open" status. One product was cancelled after several months (even though I can get it elsewhere) and the other finally shipped (even though I was able to get it elsewhere 2 months ago. That was very frustrating.

It’s probably not lucky vitamins fault but my order was placed and shipped according to Lucky on dec 5 and didn’t arrive until dec 13. This might be understandable if it shipped usps but they used Fedex! 9 days for fed ex? And the tracking number provided showed a floating arrival date that was constantly being pushed later and later. I order a lot online and many of my sources use regular USPS ground shipping. I get those orders 5 days after they were shipped. If I were lucky vitamin I’d rethink fed ex.

After multiple emails , I counted at least ten or more, and repetition of the same question, it was FINALLY determined that an order I had placed at the beginning of August had been shipped as well as the one placed recently. I had forgotten all about the August order and it was never mentioned to me. Both orders arrived on the same day and I had to pay shipping twice. I would think that for all the trouble I had to go through just to find out what was going on, you could have shipped them together and saved me the extra cost. I am barely satisfied with your customer service. I could not discuss this by phone, the CHAT was a robot and consequently a lot of confusion ensued and much time passed until this was all finally settled.

Most items were out of stock and on back order. Some items were supposed to be back in stock in a couple of days but this did not turn out to be the case. I resorted to finding another seller who had the items in stock.

The last four orders I’ve placed have all had back ordered items that took months to arrive or were canceled. Not a reliable site to get your vitamins. Seems to have gone downhill since I first purchased. Doubt I will use this site again.

I ordered two orders on one day and then found 3 charges on my debit card account from them. Two of them were correct but the third was fraudulent. I then contacted them and they took the false charge off. Customer service has gone down. In the past I have spoken to them without any problems. But now all they have is chat and email.

We've liked Lucky Vitamin for their prices, friendliness and convenience. We have quite a few products we need on autoship. 6 of the last 7 went on backorder. We've had to buy some products in stores locally which tends to be more expensive. This has been a recent pattern for us and is an inconvenience we don't need. I'm told by their customer service (which took several days to get back to us) that a new system is coming that will correct this issue. So we're waiting to see how that works before deciding if we need to find another source for what we need. Taking a week to get a shipment is longer than other websites, and needs to be improved

I was made to feel as though I was trying to pull something when I chatted with customer service to say that some of the cans where damaged. So I just forget it, in the future I will go else where to buy almased.

Lucky Vitamin used to be great! Customer service was great, you could order items they were selling and they were in stock, you got your package in a decent amount of time and everything was in your box. WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS COMPANY???? It seems a good majority of items are ALWAYS on back order and they do not know when they will come in (if ever), I received my order with someone else's invoice (had name and personal items ordered from Lucky Vitamin), and now most recently have been waiting on an order I put in almost a cpl months ago and it STILL has not been shipped. I have tried to be patient with other items I ordered in the past, ended up just cancelling because the Lucky Vitamin Representative could not tell me when they would come in but still insists they will eventually??? and STILL MONTHS later have no arrival date in sight. I do not think they should continue to sell items that are out of stock. Period. Especially when they do not have a clue when they will be in stock again. Customer service is going downhill with this company too. I guess I will have to start looking for a more reliable and STOCKED supplier. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING:(

I stored this order without through checking it and 2 of the counter sprays are 1/2 empty. I hope they will replace

My order is supposed to be kept refrigerated, it was shipped with one small ice pack and took 5 days to arrive, the order was hot. I sent an e-mail to the company the day it arrived and have not yet had a response.

My products are great. The customer service is terrible. I waited for 30 minutes on the phone before I gave up. I waited on two phones for 20 each to attempt to “live chat.” Nada. I emailed, and two days later I got a response. There is no excuse for such poor customer service communication.
