Hi, I was really disappointed that my order took 10 days to be delivered. This is really unacceptable. Your cusomet service is also subpar. I waited on hold for over 20 minutes trying to find out about my order and finally gave up. I also noticed that your prices on individual Quest protein bars are not even close to being competitive. Over $3 for one bar and Walmart sells them for $1.98. I am very disappointed.

Products arrived as ordered. Slow to fill order, slow to ship product. Website claimed same day shipping and 1-3 days for delivery. Didn't ship for 3-4 days then another 7-8 shipping. If I had know it would take two weeks to fill I wouldnt have placed an order with them, and I wont be a repeat customer. Try e-vitamin instead.

I am happy with the product, but the shipping took longer than expected - beyond the estimated date. :(

I ordered and you withdrew funds 13 days ago and I have not yet received my order. Its been more than double the time you said I would receive it. What happened??

My organic prunes arrived squished and force into the carton. It was like whoever packed them was trying to get all 14 packets into that box. This I believe damaged contents. I called customer service from the office and was told there was a long wait so leave my number and I would be called back. No one has called. I have called thrice with the same feedback. Am really unsatisifed with the purchase and experience. This was my third order and there's always something wrong. I don't think I will be ordering from here any longer.

I ordered probiotics that were supposed to be shipped cold and they forgot to include the ice pack in my order. I called and waited on the phone for 1/2 an hour to talk to someone. They had me return the package and put an order in for a new package. 2nd package arrived and I was missing 3 of my products this time. Called and told them to just reimburse the amount to my paypal account because I just wanted to be done with the order at this point. The lady this time offered a $10 coupon for next order, but at this point I don't care to order from the company anymore, so I politely told her no thank you, I would not be using it because I had no desire to buy from the company again.
