“While I can't speak to customer service, since I did not contact them with any issues, I was pleased at a number of things. The prices were very reasonable. The products I ordered were not in stock locally. The order was exactly as expected and packed well. Delivery was quick, even before promised. I recommend and will continue to order in the future.”

“The 18-1 Hem Organic soap is a multipurpose does it all cleaner. I first had a quart but was almost out therefore I decided to get two of the largest containers. I have share some with my neighbors and they love it and hopefully they will one start ordering some. It is one of the best cleansers ever. Thanks for producing it. Leroy”
