“I often hesitate to order products online that have liquid in them because they are so easily broken during transit. COVID-19 has forced me to have to order some liquids online. Twice now, I am shocked at how well LuckyVitamin packs there products that contain liquid. Neither of the 2 orders has had anything broken nor leaking.”

“Luckyvitamin.com had the best price for the items I wanted. The item took a little extra time to ship however probably because of the covid-19. Packaging was very good. Glass jars were bubble wrapped and the bubble wrapped again in the box. Tracking was good. I probably won't need this item for a little while since I bought so much. But when I do, Luckyvitamin.com will be the first place I go to.”

“It started off a little rocky because of Fed Ex they have delivery problems. They delivered to the wrong address. I didn't receive it for a couple of days after my neighbor found it on their doorstep. One of the 2 bags I ordered had a whole in the bag. The other one was fine. I tried to send an email to your company, but your email was apparently full because it kept sending an delivery status failed back to me. I also tried calling but couldn't get through. Finally was able to get through, on your online chat on your website and get a refund for the bag with hole. Thank you for rectifying the problem. We will be using you again. Have a great day! :)”

“I received all items ordered and I was notified when back ordered item was shipped also. The website clearly stated that at this time shipments may take longer, so I was not in a hurry . All went as expected and I would order again .”

“They had everything I was looking for. Even found a few items I didn't know I wanted till I saw them. Prices were great and love the free shipping. They did an awesome job packaging. I had one glass jar item and it was wrapped in a bubble pouch. Everything came in undamaged and as expected. Can't wait to order again. They had posted due to the Covid-19 situation that shipping might take longer but still got in about 7-8 days which was still fine by me since they had posted the notice.”
