Ordered item for xmas ordered on 10th of december didnt recieve item they shut the office on the 17th of december didnt even reply to email had to do a pay pal dispute for refund AVOID

Thank you for sharing your experience with us Arron. I am disappointed that you feel this strongly against us and to tell other not to shop with us. We are a small family business and negative feedback like this, which doesn't truly reflect our service and reputation is a little unfair. In our defence, firstly I would like to correct that we received NO emails from Arron directly regarding this matter but only from PayPal when a case was opened. As mentioned across our website and on our dedicated delivery page, we had clearly mentioned our closing and opening times for Christmas but also mentioned that any emails or issues will be looked at when we returned. I am confident that if you had looked at our website again we could have avoided this completely. - Your order was posted out the next available working day and full tracking details provided. - PayPal case open by Arron on 30/12/22. - PayPal dispute escalated by Arron on 31/12/22. - PayPal dispute resolved and refunded by us on 09/01/23 (The day we returned back to the office) (Royal Mail were on strike quite often during the December month. With this, all other delivery companies, including Evri had a sudden overload of parcels and their last posting dates for Christmas delivery was brought forward. We always hope that customer orders are delivered on time every time but on occasion problems do occur and we are proficient in helping to resolve this). We value all customer feedback, and will strive to improve our service in the future. Thank you for helping us become a better company.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I've looked into this and have to disagree with this feedback. We have not had any communication from you regarding this so it is difficult for us to assist you. However, to provide more light on this I have looked at the parcel tracking information and your order was delivered within 4 days and a signature and proof of delivery was taken upon delivery. Inaccurate feedback does damage a small business like ours. We always put customer service at the top of our list and when there is an problem we are always here to help. Many thanks, Team Lullabuy!

Hi Joanna, I'm disappointed to see a negative review :( I've looked into this and I can see that we have not received any communication from you regarding this, so there was no way for us to help you find out whats happened to you order. However, I have looked into the delivery and I can see that your order was actually delivery the very next day so I'm surprised by this review. The parcel was accepted by someone at the property and signed for plus a photo image of the parcel and the property with the door opened. Nevertheless, I can only apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you. Take care, Pranjal
