“Annoyed that the return policy is only 14 days (and I didn’t see that this was very clear upon purchase). Quite often you’re buying things in advance of the baby coming or as gifts so 14 days is a really tight turnaround given the situation.”

Hi Julia Quinn, I'm sorry to hear you are not fully satisfied with our service :( I've looked in to this and I can see that we had actually offered an alternative with a credit note up to the value, but unfortunately we didn't hear back from you on this. In regards to the returns policy, our website has a dedicated refund & returns page which can be easily accessed from the link in the footer. This link can also be found on every product page.
