Extremely bad experience with Lululemon. I ordered 2 jackets and they shipped one. when i called they wanted me to wait till their investigation. Why do i have to wait if they making mistake. Strong customer support. they have people in customer service who can not make any low level decision and keep put me on hold for every single question i asked. over all i lost my money, Be care full of you guys order online.

Lululemon has very welcoming staff, they are always kind and always check on you to see how your shopping experience is. There are always various color and product options in store have a good system that checks to see what products are in stock. Lululemon provides a welcoming shopping experience with great product options

Worst customer service ever of any store if you purchase an online product like pants that are not the correct size. I contacted lululemon the same day they arrived. Then I went to return them The person told me that i had to keep these two expensive pants because my young son took the tags off when trying them on. They don’t understand anything about sensory stuff. Bottom line it seems that I am STUCK w 300 dollars worth of pants that do not fit my kid. Sad sad sad sad.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Cancelled an order with no reason… keep your stock updated properly and don’t wait two weeks to cancel orders of items you don’t have don’t let those orders be made in the first place

The most incompetent service I have ever received. I ordered a gift card for a birthday present. After 3 weeks of not receiving it (and the birthday already passing), I contacted Lululemon. After spending a ridiculous amount of time with 8 reps and explaining the situation, every single rep offered to drain the gift card and transfer it to a digital card. I continuously explained that doesn’t address the issue (needed a physical card, hence that’s why I purchased it) to be given as a birthday present and since the gift cards are non-refundable and the birthday had already passed due to the lack of shipping, the card was useless. One of the reps apparently drained the card after telling them not to and that it didn’t address the issue. After contacting them again and explaining that now I missed the birthday, I don’t have the gift card I ordered, I’m out tons of time and frustration, and they never sent me the digital card they drained to the rep disconnected because she didn’t have a resolution (Melanie). I have screen shots of all these interactions and can’t get anyone to assist me. I’m without resolution and Lululemon is now without a long time customer. SO disappointed.

Hello , I shopped at Morgan crossing store yesterday Oct 7 - had the best help with employee , she is a real asset to your company , I think her name was Daya or Raya , sorry diffferent kind of name !she was spectacular and a great help Thx Pam 💛

CHADSTONE store in Australia has horrible customer service with suspected discrimination and racism. A middle aged male was rude and threatens Asian customers to purchase products or else he will not allow the customers to try them on! Management team, do something

The customer service is horrible and the clothing is no longer worth the price. If you need to return something, it is highly unlikely that their system will work i.e. you can’t even get a QR code! They say they’ve sent it but it doesn’t show up so it’s impossible to take it back to the carrier and show the QR code and have them print you a label when lululemon can’t even make the QR code visible. In addition, their return labels will not print out if you have to resort to printing! In other words, if you need to return something, you are left high and dry. Lululemon is simply broken in every way from product quality to customer service!

Overpriced activewear and very poor customer support. They unexpectedly Cancelled items in my order while showing as delivered under my account. It takes forever to identify the phone no to contact Lululemon and once I found it, it took forever for someone to answer. Once I was on a call with an agent, half way through the call it just got disconnected so I had to spend another 30mins to get on a call with someone. Disappointing - you would think you pay for premium services but that tells me a lot about the quality standards for it.

Brooke at the Dan Diego store was so helpful! Guided me through buying the proper coat for my brother’s size and style who lives across country. It’s been sold out, but she took the time to walk me through how to find it after returns. He’s going to love it! Thanks Brooke and LuLu, you’re in every picture our family takes! ❤️

I placed an order and when the order came in one of the items had a security tag on it so I immediately contacted customer service via chat I ask them to send out a replacement item immediately and send me a return label and I would return the item. It took about 30 minutes via chat. They sent a return label and the item was returned. However, I never received a replacement so I contacted them again. It took over an hour via chat to get the issued resolved. I asked to be compensated for the inconvenience of not only one but two mistakes and over 1 half hours trying to resolve an issue they created to begin with. They offered me a $10 gift card. In my opinion the service for the high-priced high-quality athlete wear missed the boat on this issue.

Shop assistants are extremely helpful. Recently I went to purchase trainers and I decided to buy from their new shoe range. I went to Richmond branch and I couldn't not be happier with my experience. Despite knowing my shoe size shop assistant brought me few pairs knowing they will definitely the shoes come one size smaller and she was totally right. She didn't mind showing other colours so I could make my mind up. All my gym wear is lululemon so I know the brand very well. I just love it

I bought a long line yoga bra on line. It is padded and very small so the size chart should say go up a size. I hate padded and it should have said. £58.00 is expensive for something that doesn’t fit. Tried to return it and it’s a real hassle printing off a return label. We are in Covid so I am not in work and most companies enclose a return label. I will have to go to a store to return it and get my money. What is the point of buying on-line?! Avoid this company - really not worth the bother. The sizing is rubbish as is the returning process?! So upset?!

Their clothes are pricey yes, but VERY good quality. I rather pay 98$ for leggings I wear once-twice a week that I know will last me at least a good 3 years than buy 30$ leggings that last a month or two. You pay for quality. They also have all the materials you need that can accommodate your wear (yoga, gym, lounging around the house). Their employees are great always so sweet and ready to help out. Shipping is free and very fast for free shipping! Last time I ordered I believe shipping took 2-3 days from the order date which is very fast!

The new website is not user friendly When you select an item to look at you can’t go back to where you where You are directed back to the beginning I did let lululemon know this when the new website went live but nothing has changed. It’s really Annoying.

Placed an order with Lululemon online and did not receive my backpack (new crew black *22L). Text Lululemon and they did not get back to me in a timely matter. Made a couple of phone calls and they stated they will re-ship my order. The following day I received an email to write a review then later that day another email stating it's out of stock. July 26- August 18, 2019, I had to do my own work and no one has gotten back to me except through email. Customer service and the process was the worst I've ever experienced. Lululemon has my text history and email history. I had to take steps in my own hands and this isn't the service I remembered that they used to have. All my workout gear is Lululemon and this was very unsatisfying as a loyal customer. Not sure if I would return again.
