“Beware! Poor customer service! The fist bag that was ordered was delivered open and empty. The replacement was then delivered with the security anti theft tag on. Calked my local store and nobody cared. This was a holiday gift and you guys aren’t doing anything to make this right. I have to go to my local store to get this tag removed. You guys stink!!!! #lululemoncustomerservicestinks”

“Do not buy a Lululemon Gift card! If the card has been compromised by fraudulent use they will not honor the purchase! I purchased a gift card for my niece for Christmas and when she went to use it on the Lululemon website the card had been used...we contacted them several times and they have refused to make good on this purchase! Ver poor policy for a billion dollar company!”

“I have placed several orders and spent thousands of dollars with lululemon and the experience is getting worse and worse. The deliveries are always delayed beyond first the initial date of delivery. Second they are past the updated delivery date which is usually a week later. Then calling support for them to say there is nothing we can do just really bad service and client experience”

“For such a well renowned company. I actually can't get over what they have done. I ordered shorts online and they were sent to the wrong COUNTRY which was all their fault. Then, they said they would refund me. Fast forward to today and my account was never refunded. I have proof of the order and because they has changed their system and have no proof on their end anymore. There is 'nothing they can do.'”

“The worst customer service and quality is very cheap and cost a lot for no reason. I reached out to them to return it, as the leggings had a defect and they refused to exchange or return the item. Do not buy they cheaply made leggings.”

“I ordered a product and it was lost. FedEx claimed that your company sent it the lowest economy Fed Ex had to offer.I pay an expensive price for your item and would've expected a better outcome with the shipper. I am in Colorado and it is stuck in the facility and only Lululemon can contact and follow through! I was given another color of a skirt and this ended up to be my third choice. Awful color and disappointing how you handled shipping my item with FedEx. I order through FedEx and this has never happened to me. Your company not willing to investigate this item and it is stuck 10 minutes from me in a warehouse for FedEx. I was supposed to receive a $30 gift card and that has not come yet. I will never use your online service when your shipping is inferior to what happens with other companies, which is a more positive result. Frustrating experience and done with LuluLemon. Claudia”

“Inaam help me and my daughters today at the market mall location in Calgary! She was an ANGEL! It was my daughter’s birthday and made us feel like a million dollars!!! She was incredibly helpful and generous in every way. I give her a solid 5/5 for customer service and being a very wicked human! Thank you Inaam!”

“I bought three items on the website, and one was canceled later because it was out of stock. The other items did not arrive on time, it was a birthday present for my daughter. The shipping company needs more information about my address, I have already given it 3 times and they still haven't delivered it. What a disappointment, a company that only focuses on profit and not on the customer experience.”

“The quality of their product is terrible. My daughter paid $150 for black dance joggers. These pants could not hold for even 30 days . Tore within 28 days . Unbelievable, we are surprised how dance pants can tear , as most dancers do a lot of floor work. They refused to return or exchange. It’s shocking how we are all still supporting businesses with below average product and exorbitant prices! It’s sad to see big companies get away with this!”

“It’s great and looks so cute but I have had my wardrobe restocked with lululemon this year and besides the amazing cuteness the quality is horrible.my pants and skirts are all picked so badly bc of the loose treads”

“Daughter received a gift card for Christmas. Due to the cheapness of the cardboard gift cards all the information was stolen prior. It was not obvious until the seal was removed and we found the pin was stratched off. I called Lululemon who said gift card had been used that morning. I filed a claim provideding receipt and giftcard. Lululemon did nothing, they just said giftcards are like cash and they are not responsible. I will never purchase from Lululemon again. As long as Lululemon get there money they don't care even if it is stolen.”
