“I bought a skirt and waistcoat on-line at a total cost of around 300 euros. This was very over priced because the quality was not good enough. The clothes were crudely made and the fabric is not good quality. For example the skirt is cotton and wool. These fabrics attract fluff and particles unless they go through a process that stops this. But every process a fabric goes through to make it a better quality reduces the profit to the company. So companies cut out as many processes as they can to make more money. But when I pay 165 euros for a skirt I do not expect get covered in fluff. Not good. And the company will only take my clothes back if they are faulty. Being poorly made, getting covered in fluff and not worth the price is not what they would consider a fault. So I will never buy from them again”
“The sales person was more interested in reading his magazine, I had couple of clothing in my hand, he offered no help to take it to the dressing room, he did not even take his head up to see what I was doing at the store!
