“I have tried endlessly to buy a fur collar through this company but lack of communication made me give up as six months of trying turned into summer and when this autumn began I decided to try again without success. Finally I was sad and disappointed to find out that the company is in the hands of the receivers. No doubt the problems were exacerbated by Covid but it would have been nice to have received news of their situation and been given a chance to complete my purchase or at least been informed as to where I could contact their supplier.
