“I liked to products I ordered but sadly had to return, they said refund would take 10 day, why? no banking system takes 10 days, quick enough to take your money not so quick to give it back”

We email customers immediately that we receive their return so they are assured that we have it. We then have to open and check the items before the refund is authorised. During busy periods this can take up to 10 working days of which all customers are advised.

“I cannot give a review on the products themselves as I didn’t try them out. I had ordered a few items for my wedding week/wedding day so paid for the next day delivery option to be sure they’d arrive in time but the items arrived a few days after the day I flew and I was already away on holiday getting married. As the Spanx items aren’t cheap I’ll just be returning straight away as I only wanted them for the wedding. I would comment on the vague info given by the delivery company used, there was no info on why it was delayed or when I should expect it. Luxury legs could maybe speak to delivery company regarding this if they are going to offer next day delivery.”

“The product is good however even after measuring myself to ensure I ordered the correct size my Spanx high shorts came up a little small so personally I would advise to go a size up. The company itself were very efficient on delivery though.”

The order has been booked for a Saturday service, unfortunately, DHL failed to deliver it on time which is very unusual for them. We apologize on their behalf and we will refund the full delivery charges, it is not our intention to rip anybody off.

“Highly recommend LL .. service and delivery is very prompt and well packaged .. Have ordered lots of Mac jeans from them … not LL fault but not so keen on the Mac bootleg jeans … I have kept them but the material isn’t as good quality as normal Mac Jeans ( IMO) . They are 32 leg so are longer than my Mac skinny 32/30”
