“The sizing was very poor came up very small. The actual shapewear looked very good and well made but could barely get them above my knees and I ordered the right size according to the sizing chart.”

We were in permanent communication with the customer, we have asked the customer for a postal receipt to enable us to issue the refund , we are still waiting on this to be sent over.

“In recent years I have bought all my jeans and am always impressed with the customer service and speed of delivery. All our international orders are free VAT and the amount customer paid reflects this. The tracking number shows that this parcel it is in transit and we believe that should arrive shortly.
