“This is the worst experience I've ever had ordering something online. I received an email on October 3 that my package was dispatched. It's now a month later and I have yet to receive a package. A little over a week ago I contacted Customer Service. I have been given the run around over the course of more than a week about Luxury Legs contacting the shipper to locate the package. I still have not received an update as to where the package is. If it's lost, please give me a refund. Let's get this over with!!!!!”

Unfortunately this customers order got lost by the USPS. We tried tirelessly to locate the package and were in continual correspondence with our shippers and the customer but to no avail. This gentleman has ordered from us a few times and this is the only time it has gone wrong. He has received a full refund.

“Prompt delivery and lovely packaging. I washed my tights in the black net bag they arrived in so they wouldn’t snag. Wouldn’t normally go to those lengths but at a cost of £35 I’ll make an exception.”

“Ordered Sunday night, next day items were shipped. Fair shipment price. In 10 days I got my tights in Moscow. They were carefully packed in organza storage pouch and a cute present (washing gloves) made me smile))”

“The order came very quickly and with notice a set delivery slot. Amazing! The product is expensive but the quality compared with others I had purchased from a different company was far superior.”
