“Terrible customer service. I bought two pairs worth about £60 in total and both ripped within a few hours of wear. Customer service refuses to refund as they ‘couldn’t find a manufactorers fault’, way to back up your products... save your money and stick with Primark or Boots tights.”

After careful examination of the product this was not found to be a manufacturers fault. Therefore we were unable to issue a refund. All of our products are the highest quality and special care needs to be taken care over it.

“Beautifully packaged. However the pair I kept I wore once& they are fraying at toes and balling. Very disappointing. Wore for barely a few hours and couldn't use again. Would suggest to avoid purchasing”

We have been in constant contact with the customer in regards to his order, unfortunately it took a litlle longer to clear US Customs than usual and our Courier have assured us he will receive it within the next couple of days.

We had replied to every single message from the customer but the emails were bouncing back and the customer did not respond to our telephone calls. We always deal with any issues regarding delivery immediately.

“Both pairs of tights tore upon putting them on for the very first time. Company refused to refund and didn’t accept it was due to the poor quality of the product. The letter they sent me was dismissive and did not offer an appeal mechanism. Now I wish I read the reviews as many other buyers had an almost identical experience. But then again I wouldn’t have known where to find the reviews as they’re not on the actual company website, they’re on here.”

“Ordered two pairs, they both tore in various points upon putting them on for the very first time. Company refused to refund me saying that it was not a manufacturing fault, perhaps hinting that after decades of wearing tights I need to learn how to put them on? Overpriced items, substandard customer service. Stay away.”

Unfortunately the customer sent these products back in a very poor condition, they were riddled with holes and had clearly been worn and not just tried on as claimed, as such we were unable to replace or refund.

“Ordered great pair of leggings about a year ago. Recently noticed that they are on sale so purchased new pair. When they arrived I discovered that the logo is printed on the ankle, not like my old pair where logo is printed discretely on the waist band. Contacted luxury legs and they basicaly said that I’m making this up (!?). I’ve emailed them photos- they said they’re “not relevant”!!!!”

We noticed that the leggings in your most recent order are a different style to those in your order from last year, which may explain the different positioning of the logo. Unfortunately, it is out of our control when a brand decides to alter their design and we are not informed of the changes. The only stock we have of this item was with the logo on the waist so that is why there was some confusion. We were happy to offer a refund if this was what you wanted but as you wanted to keep the leggings, we were not able to offer a further discount as the item was already hugely discounted. We appreciate your business and we hope you understand we have done all we can to resolve this. We look forward to your custom in the future.

Unfortunately this delivery was poorly handled by our agents in Hong Kong, which is very unusual as we ship there on a regular basis without any issues at all. We were in constant communication with our customer and we share their frustration. I am delighted to say that the customer diid receive their parcel in the end.

“This is the worst experience I've ever had ordering something online. I received an email on October 3 that my package was dispatched. It's now a month later and I have yet to receive a package. A little over a week ago I contacted Customer Service. I have been given the run around over the course of more than a week about Luxury Legs contacting the shipper to locate the package. I still have not received an update as to where the package is. If it's lost, please give me a refund. Let's get this over with!!!!!”

Unfortunately this customers order got lost by the USPS. We tried tirelessly to locate the package and were in continual correspondence with our shippers and the customer but to no avail. This gentleman has ordered from us a few times and this is the only time it has gone wrong. He has received a full refund.
