“As noted in the other reviews, this company is horrible to deal with. Have a monthly subscription. They are over a month behind on them, and have already billed me for the next one. They never return emails. All you get is an automated email stating that due to high volume of emails they will get back to you as soon as possible. I don't doubt they have high volume of emails as im betting they are all complaints of unfulfilled orders.”

“Non-existent customer service. Ordered placed (6/16/24) for 24, 12 packs, more then a month before cookies were needed for a large baby shower with 90 people in attendance on 7/21/24. Notified the company of the date needed and stated that I would need the cookies the week prier to the event so that cookies could be bagged up for favors. No response. The Monday before the event (7/15) got an email that stated a shipping label was created. Thought that was great that they should be arriving by Wednesday or Thursday in enough time to appropriately divide them up for the event on the 21st. By Thursday evening (7/18/24) the shipping number status had not changed so quickly contacted customer service to cancel the order. Noticed they only work Monday-Thursday so I assumed my message would not be read and just stopped payment with my bank the next day. Never got a reply from customer service. Was oddly sent a "Review" from the company on 7/22/24 asking me how the cookies were. Sent back a 1 star review informing them again that I never received any products and I had cancelled payment with my bank. 7/29 order arrives. We "return to sender" 'ed the package. The order was at least 12 days later then I absolutely needed them by and 8 days after the event. This was 6 weeks and 1 day after the order was placed. I read other reviews about the order being very late and the cookies were stale and crushed. There was no way I am accepting cookies 12 days late especially if they are no-longer in good condition. I am so over this company.”
“I would like to start by saying that this was my sixth large order from this company, in addition to a few smaller orders placed by family over the past 5+ years. This will be the last.
Something seriously wrong has happened within this company. The processsing delivery timelines are listed as 3-4 days for processing and an additional 3-4 days for delivery. That would be a total turnaround time of around 8 days, let’s say 14 days for the benefit of doubt with weekends.
Two weeks passed, and I reached out to the company because nothing has shipped. No response. Another week passed and I tried again, both via email and the form on the site. No response. The order finally got marked as shipped 22 days after it was placed, but didn’t actually start transit/ get dropped off for another 3 days (25 days after placed).
We, finally got our 24-pack today, 29 days after the order was placed. The shipping on USPS’s part was the smoothest part of the whole transaction, which is saying something in and of itself.
Completely putting everything else aside, the real issues with this order are the quality and packaging in which they chose to send after all else was said and done. The macarons were sent in a small 11x9x3 box, just large enough to stuff the bubble insulation inside of, immediately causing a crushed mess. A single palm-sized ice pack was used in the heat of the summer. Needless to say, they arrived hot, filling completely melted, and smashed from the small package.”
“Changed my order quantity without notice - no reply to repeated customer service via direct e-mail and social media outreach with request to cancel order. Shipped and charged for the quantity that I wasn't interested in receiving. Boo.”

“I've ordered several times, and on 3/13 I got a marketing email from Ma-Ka-Rohn stating, "This is your last chance to order for St. Patrick's Day"! So I ordered... and my order went into a black hole. Email requests for information invariably came back with a boilerplate explanation of how shipping works. Repeated followups got me... exactly the same no-response. This shouldn't be so difficult.”
