“It was not what I ordered there was a white strip all the way around it and I emailed the company and still have not received a reply on how to get them fixed”

“Webite is not very user friendly. I was able to find the place to upload an image for a custom magnet one time but wasn't able to find it a second time to upload the image for a second custom magnet so I ended up ordering it and am hoping I will be able to find it.”

“My first order you would not let me change to quantity of two. Now on this the shipping is outrageous! Plus cost is twice what first order was!”

“We’ve used you guys before without any problems, shipping was fast and direct only exception this time was the graphic was very pixelated when we received it, don’t think we’re gonna even use them. Guess we should have looked it over a few more times before placing the order,”

“Magnet was of good quality. Colors are extremely poor. I was only using black and white. The black background is medium gray and fades to a lighter gray. Background also has stripes in it, as if there was a printing issue. On the far right side, there is a red 2 inch vertical stripe. I have contacted customer service with no response. Maybe the quality control team is still under quarantine. I will update if this company resolves my issue.”

“Loved the website and easy design. However, I tried two different credit cards (Mastercard and Visa) at checkout (both which I know to be good) and it gave me an error message that both cards were not approved. There is no problem with either card and the billing address matched exactly. I think you have an issue with your credit card processing system. Was finally able to check out using Paypal (and the same credit card that was declined on your site).”

“You want me to rate my experience. You ask me to do this and my order has not arrived on the promised date. I am still waiting to receive the order. The best I can do is 2 stars since I have not received my purchased as promised. Perhaps you should insure your item was delivered before asking for a review.”

“The company logo appeared very faded. The reds were supposed to be very vibrant. Was told that the logo (as sent) looked great. I would not have shipped this to a customer without noticing and correcting.”

“The sign is red and white. It looked great on the screen and we've had signs made from the same pdf that look great, but the magnet came out a disappointing sort of off, light red. They aren't eye catching at all in this washed out color.”

“Magnets came faded & discolored. Very upset. And then when I called to report the issues i spoke to 4 representatives who took me through several loops & hoops. Nothing has been resolved as of yet. I cant even use the magnets”

“Your art department called me, wanting to make changes to my picture I sent you, and I told you to please print it exactly as it was. When I received it, you'd made the changes anyway. I'm glad it cost me only five bucks.”
