“Designing was great and easy, but ordering was an issue. I started my order with two magnets but only one was processed. I called customer services and they stated they would give me a refund that I have yet to receive.”

“The design and ordering experience was ok. However, the end result was less than stellar as the color is closer to a pink-orange than the red that was specified.”

“Hi, the website is great, but I'm very unhappy about being charged $24 to ship one magnet. Clearly you are over charging to make up for the 50% discount you offered. Unless you refund some of shipping, won't be buying from you again.”

“I was excited when I received my car magnets but they were bent at the bottom. When I put it on my car door today they both would not lay completely flat at the bottom. Unfortunately, one came off and I have no ideal where it came off at. Wasted money for both. Scare to put the other one back on.”

“Design wasn't crisp and nice looking, but nevertheless I cleaned my car and put them on there. I made sure there were no gaps between the car and the magnet and they seemed secure. Unfortunately, the magnets are very thin and cheaply made it appears. Both that I ordered flew off my car driving in the city with traffic and never going over 35mph. Quite disappointed.”

“So I ordered 1 12 × 18 accidentally I changed it to two 9 x12 magnets almost immediately through a couple emails . I made it very clear what my change was even entered my confirmation # . I am the one who made the mistake but clarified mistake and was a week later they decided to tell me "what I wanted done"? My emails were very clear.”

“Unfortunately, I was sent an email TWICE to confirm I was okay with printing a *Slightly* pixelated image. If the first response would have been confirmed and processed, we would have received our magnets by the initial guaranteed date. However, due to the need to FURTHER confirm we were okay with printing, we received the magnets too late for our event.”
