“I placed an order a week ago. I order .45 for strength and 12x24 size. Once I placed the order I noticed it reverted back to the smaller size so now I have to reorder the same magnets because the other ones are of no use to me now. Very unhappy right now.”

“When I started designing my product it said free shipping, 50% off, and ships in 24 hours, when I went to check out, it charged me $15 something for shipping. I guess bait and switch is ok. I thought I was getting a decent deal, then poof gone. Thanks again”

“I ordered a sign. The sign I got was not what I thought what I ordered. Finally agent said I get a refund for the sign and not the shipping charge. She did not confirm with email. It is time to look for another sign maker.”

“I called several times and the last time the gentleman was very nice and told me to wait for an email of my order and I never received it. I went in again and created a new one but its not what I really wanted but I didn't get the help I needed.”
