“Shipping is absolutely, positively ridiculous. The damn shipping was as much as the sign! You give a "52% off" Black Friday promo but take away free shipping. Where's the deal? Call customer service? Nothing they can do. I've purchased three signs from you previously and you have a good product. Too bad you have decided to play the shipping rip off game. I still bought the sign because I needed it but this will be my last purchase.”

“Setting up font size for simple block letters was not very user friendly, also WHY can’t I just save an unfinished order in my account INSTEAD of it being sent to email? “Scam teaser price with high shipping cost to offset the low teaser price. They don't tell you shipping cost until AFTER you get through your paypal account and there is no button to "cancel" order at that point. Won't buy here again.”
