“couldnt edit email or phone from checkout screen”

“I tried to call customer support on 3 different occasions over the last 5 days. Each time I was encouraged to place my number into their system and I would not lose my place in line. On all 3 separate occasions, not one return phone call. Never got to speak with customer service. If I did not use this company in the past I would definitely think their customer service is a joke. I never got to get my questions answered.”

“Very confusing when there are BOGO Promo codes used. It appears that you are paying for one and receiving two items, but that isn't the case! I even called, but even the person I spoke to was confused. I ordered one item and was pressed for time. I ended up needing to order a second item and paying MORE than I would have if I had if I had originally ordered 2 due to needing to pay rush shipping!”
