“No customer service! Designed a magnet, approved the proof, and order. Received an email showing it shipped, with the image stretched and undersized. Arrived looking the same way. Email service 4 times. No response. Go back to check proofs, they changed my approved proof to match the one that shipped. Trash! Spend a few more bucks and use a good company.”

“The quality was lacking greatly. All the signs we received were very grainy making them cheap looking and in my opinion not useable. Perhaps they were printed on a printer from 1990.”

“Unless you buy during a promo of free postage, this is expensive. They provide a promo to reduce the price, then over inflate the postage to compensate for the reduction. Wanted to charge me $17 postage for something that I could have mailed for $5. Be careful.”

“Design was supposed to be white background, arrived dark beige... customer service said that's what I sent them. On my end it's white. Customer service after telling me I should have gotten a professional photographer, said they could replace but I would have to pay shipping which was almost the price of the magnets themselves. Not happy. Company should send a proof before they print out magnets.”

“One of my magnets blew off the door while I was driving. So, I lost it. The corners of the magnets don’t lay against the car door. The fact that the corners sit up means that they catch wind which is why one of mine blew off.”
