“I have always had great experiences with signs on the cheap, but unfortunately Magnets on the cheap was a disappointment. The cookies were way off and the quality of the sign was poor. I was however refunded for my purchase! Will definitely continue with signs on the cheap as the quality from them seems to see keep working!”

“As a returning customer I was very unhappy with this purchase. The image on my magnets is blurry although I uploaded a high quality image when creating them. I also reached out to customer service via the website and have yet to hear back.”

“I was not happy with the design function on your site. I selected a dark red background for my car magnet. I receive a fade orange sign instead. I called to have it corrected and was informed I had to PAY an additional FEE for replacements.”

“My company name was smaller than the slogan and the picture itself is extremely blurry. I’m not putting this on my truck because it makes my business look bad. I wish I could get 2 more that are good quality to put on my truck”

I'm so sorry that your order did not arrive as expected! I was able to locate an order and saw that we issued a partial refund so that you would have the ability to order another magnetic sign in the future. We do not sell magnetic signs in pairs so be sure to select a quantity of two if you want two. If you just have one selected then the 50% off or BOGO sale will give you 50% off one magnetic sign.

“They came in and I was very excited. They looked great. Then after 3 days they started to deform a bit, as if there was rocks under the magnet, but there was nothing. Even cleaning them everyday and bring them inside from the cold didn’t help. Can someone please contact me. Thanks”

I'm so sorry to hear about the difficulties! I checked your order and saw that we shipped out replacements at no cost. Those are showing delivered as of two days ago, on March 30th, 2020.

“I ordered two 18x24 magnets. There had been a two for one sale. I logged on to order and the sale option was gone. The day after I ordered, I received an email advertising 50% off. I’m pretty sure Magnets in the Cheap can kiss my ass right about now.”
