Simon and Kobby do an amazing job with all our mailing needs. Simon's charming personality and punctuality demonstrates the companies' core values and Kobby's smiling face when he picks up the mail is always a highlight. Could not recommend this company enough!

In my role working from home for the last 2 years was difficult. Roger was my savior. He was on the road delivering for the Association every day whilst we were in lockdown and we were able to continue without interruptions. He is courteous, always ready to do the deliveries and never disappoints.

The Team we use from Mail Plus for our Mail Pick up and delivery to our Office is amazing and very accomodating to our changing needs during Lockdown and recommending resolution for mail delivery whilst Office closed. The Prepaid satchels have also been well used by our Office and very efficient for our requirements and always supplied quickly to keep up with our demand. Any additional deliveries have also been accommodated by our mail Plus franchisee who has been fantastic in service he provides and a credit to mail Plus

I can not speak highly enough of the customer service I have received from mail plus. From the guy who collects my deliveries to the operation managers to the couriers who phone my customers if they are not home. I am so impressed and can’t thank you all enough for helping this small business move along smoothly. Eat Run Cook

Mailplus deliverers are always friendly - rain, hail or shine. It's a great service to rely on when our post box is not handy to the office - just one less thing to worry about in our busy mornings.

The last two+ years have been a struggling time for many businesses. In our environment (office space), this has changed dramatically with Work From Home a main focus. This changes how we require onsite services, cut back on services whilst staff WFH, then reintroduce once staff are hybrid model or back on site. Mail Plus have been fantastic to work with during time. Catering to our needs with no concerns.

Hi Medline Australia team, We're saddened to read your review. Looking into your account, I can see you average usage is about 2 per month, using our MailPlus Express satchels mannualy (handwritten). These types of shipments are manually sorted by hand in depots, and are much harder to track - making it difficult for our customer service team to support in tracking items. The good news is, and you may know this already, that we have a digital label that is fully trackable while in-transit via our online portal. You can access live tracking updates, even from a mobile device, as well as set-up automatic email upodates to your receivers. We encourage all MailPlus customers to use our online portal, which is free and very easy to use! This will also help our customer service team serve you better, in the event you need support tracking an item. If you'd like to move across to a better product, please don't hesitate to get in contact with your account manager direct or call 1300 65 65 95 during business hours, Monday-Firday. Thank you, Alex

We connected with MailPlus during Covid lockdown, and found the service so helpful and reliable that we stuck with them for the long term. The sign up process was great and quick, and we have found the service helps our business be more efficient.

The service we receive from the Mailplus team is like no other courier company. These guys go above and beyond in customer service to get the job done and the packages to our customers...makes us look good! We can always connect with someone whether it be delivery, a late delivery ( unusual, only over Covid times), accounts, or tech glitches - these guys are ALWAYS there. We love our Mailplus team, and they have brought value to our business. :-)

The Mailplus service for Hunters Hill is excellent. They are efficient, helpful and reliable. I cannot find any service better than this team. Congratulations Mark for such a fantastic team!! I cannot see that I have rated 5 out of 5 from above, this is to confirm.
