“MailPlus provide a great service, we have been with them for a number of years and have been very happy with the service. Our dedicated delivery person is super reliable and friendly, he goes out of his way to help us if we have parcel enquiries and ensures the safe delivery of all items.”

“The Mailplus team are always prompt to assist and are always ready to help out. Our Local driver is always contactable and friendly. Our deliveries usually arrive next day, which is great edge for us! Can't wait to have more access to shipping through sending packages also, we will do even more with Mailplus!”

“We love the service provided by Mail Plus for our company at GFG Alliance. When we call for assistance, nothing is ever a problem, always happy, helpful, reliable and will work with us at short notice when needed. Essy is always so friendly and goes above and beyond his duties. Such a pleasure to always see him when he does pick up. Yassine in accounts is also really lovely, helpful and pleasant. “Our courier Dennis is always friendly and so accommodating. Signing up to Mail Plus has relieved a lot of extra work for our administration team who were daily going to the post office collecting heavy parcels.”

“We have really appreciated the MailPlus service since moving across to them 6 months ago. We’ve sent thousands of packages, with very few issues. Service is super fast, our driver is always on time, and it has allowed us to streamline our processes. We do with the app was a bit more advanced with the Shopify integration, but it covers the basics.”

“Mail is always delivered prompty. Nick always responds to messages in a timely manner, and has been happy to deliver to my home address every time we have gone into lockdown and had to close the office.”

“We are very satisfied Mailplus customers! On the rare occasion that a parcel is unable to be delivered, Mailplus are prompt at letting us know. An alternative pick-up point is given, this is extremely helpful. The website for tracking is user-friendly. Koda, our Mailplus driver/courier is efficient and extremely reliable. He offers excellent customer service. He arrives every day without fail. For this we are grateful. Thank you Koda!”
