“$144 gift arrived in decent time. However, package did not include the tool for opening. Notified company and they were quick to apologize and promise quick resolving of the problem including refund of $14.00 shipping and handling charge. It is now 7 days later and no refund, as well as no receipt of missing tool. They are almost impossible to reach by telephone and if you do it will be someone that is not at all concerned nor helpful. They prefer text messages and respond quickly but do not follow thru on those promises, As I write this we have no idea if the part has even been shipped and can't find out.”

“Awesome gifts for men that are not your normal gifts. Allowing me to purchase a not boring gift! They were creative with the crates and love the duct tape option.”
