“I ordered (3) Steak Crates. I received them very quickly. The one issue was they mixed up the monogrammed wood steak plates. In one box was (1) A and (1) D and the second box had (1) A and (1) D. They mixed them up. Luckily I gave the gifts to the two gentleman at the same time so they just switched the plates. They just need to pay closer attention when boxing the items.”

“It’s a nice concept but overpriced due to the quality of the crate and gift quality. Our crate was barely even glued so it came off without resistance. Customer service is amazing got immediately response with a solution.”
