“appalling customer service.. dishonest liars that barely speak english.. in fact half if them cannot. cleared my balance in full after the first month and then account was closed... no warning and no explanation accept being told they have the right to close ab account whenever they like.. I suspect its becasue they weren't going to make money off me”

Continous mistakes regaurding my account, lied to by advisors throuought in what appears to have been an attempt to have a 'succesful' 1 call resolution, not adearing to the principles of Treating Customers Fairley, to the point of my credit rating being affected through numerous mistakes made by several advisers.”
