Hi Marilyn, We're sorry to hear that you haven't received your PDF pattern yet. Once purchased, the PDF patterns will be saved to your account where you are able to download them at your convenience. Please go onto our website www.marrineryarns.com and retrieve them by following these steps: 1) Click “My Marriner Login” at the top of the page. 2) Login in to your account by entering your email address and password. 3) Click onto “View Knitting Patterns” – Every pattern you have ordered will be here. 4) Under your chosen pattern, click “Download” and your pattern will begin to download to your computer. Once downloaded, you can then view or print the pattern as you wish. If this doesn't work for you, please send us an email to info@marrineryarns.com and we'll be able to investigate this further for you. Marriner Yarns Team

“This is the first time I have ordered from Marriners and I’m very impressed. Quality vs price is excellent and delivery time fantastic. The wool is for my daughter who loves to crochet and she was thrilled with the presentation ie wool swab and sweets! Definitely a repeat customer - thanks”

“I ordered some wool expecting just the wool. But not only was I very happy with the colour and quality, I was even happier when I saw the colour chart and a little pack of sweets. Honestly, it's that little thing that made me so happy and well up. Amazing!”

“I received my order today. I am very impressed with the prompt delivery and the quality of the wool. The price is fantastic. Such a great idea to include a shade chart with my order. I will find this so helpful when ordering in the future. The little packet of sweets included in my parcel was such a lovely surprise and made me smile.
