“Struggling under Lockdown and Shielding, not able to get to our favourite Shaw's shops (Barnstaple and Exeter) and with Mrs Smith desperate to finish several knitted projects, we ordered a selection of Marriner Yarns online. They came promptly, the colours were spot-on and everyone is happy again! We will be placing further orders soon.”

“Quality of wool is beyond excellent and the colours great for those with visual impairment but their customer service is exceptional. Great options for those with communication difficulties and personally, being deaf, their quick and thorough email service without even hinting at you need to call which makes for a stand out service.”

“Marriner yarns are good value and offer a constantly changing range of colours and yarns. I use marriner yarns for a lot of my projects. Sadly my favourite yarn is currently out of stock but I am eagerly awaiting it's replacement.”

“Fantastic customer service. I ordered yarn that when it came was a very different shade to some I had in the same colour, I emailed and received an extremely prompt reply stating that a replacement had been sent by 24 courier and I could keep the wrong shade with compliments.”

“The yarn I ordered is excellent but the delivery service was appalling It was free delivery but Hermes passed it to Royal Mail without paying postage .and I had to pay £10 .50 this was eventually refunded but I had to have the help of my family in order to achieve this outcome.It was quite stressful for me .This was not my first time of ordering but it may well be my last”
