“With everything going up in price, I love the fact that Marriner's have been able to keep the cost of their yarns down. I crochet blankets for the local neonatal unit so it keeps my hands busy whilst watching TV and provides a service. I always order in bulk and am never disappointed with what arrives. I do miss the little packet of sweets that used to come as they always made me smile😊.”

“On more than one occasion I have placed two orders within minutes of each other, and had to pay postage costs twice, even though together would have easily qualified for free postage. This is also double packaging. Not very helpful.”

Good morning Thank you for your feedback. As the orders were placed separately, there would be a delivery charge for each order under £25.00. If you had contacted our customer service team both orders could have been combined and therefore you would have only been charged 1 delivery charge. “Absolutely love shopping on line with Marriners. Highly recommended seller! Quality and variety of the wool would take some beating! As for speed of delivery couldnt ask for better. Just to conclude even the delivery drivers smile at the parcel wrapping with Multicolored balls of wool on it!”

“I am trying to order online and my order has been processing for hours? Right now finding a brilliant distributor on my doorstep was amazing, but yet too good to be true. Yes I am in Wales and they are based in Cardiff. Once you try to order your order is apparently processing but you can never reach the payment page. :-( Horrendous”
