“Have previously orderd with no problems.wasn't happy with 1 batch of wool.kept finding knots or breakages.rest of different batches of wool no problem.”

Hi Kathy, We're sorry to hear that you have a poor experience using one of our yarns. Whilst we expect their to be some knots in a ball due to how they are made, if you feel you've received an especially "knotty" ball or one that has been poorly made, please send us an email to info@marrineryarns.com. “I have only looked at 1of six balls ordered and was very upset, hence I have consigned them all to the bottom of my knitting basket. The wool had been cut in several places, meaning either I tie a lot of knots, or lose a lot of wool. Not at all happy.”
