“Lovely wool will only buy from you now lovely to knit with and lovely colours ordered and received in 3 days only thing i was disappointed with was the delevery driver as he though my wool over back gate in rain and outer bag was spilt and never put card though door xxxx”

“As I usually do, I placed an order online. As I clicked the button to pay and confirm the order something didn't seem quite right. My husband suggested I phoned the help number. The call was answered in seconds and I spoke to a really helpful man, he soon sorted out the problem and said that I did the right thing contacting them as soon as possible. Much to my amazement, my order arrived the next day, what service! I am sorry that I did catch the gentleman's name who helped me, his efficiency and kindness made me feel that Marriner Yarns do have the best people working for them. Once again thank you for the excellent service and excellent product.”
