“I was asked to crochet a lacy baby blanket and after looking online, I found Marriner. It was easy to order, the process was reasonable and delivered quickly. I have just made my third order because it works up beautifully. I've even tried washing what I made on a gentle machine wash and it washes and dries really well. Perfect yarn for baby items.”

“I live on a small island off west coast of Scotland & am housebound so have to buy online. Always a bit wary of quality etc but the yarn purchased from Marriners has always been fantastic quality with a great range of colours and speedy delivery. Highly recomended”

“I love the double knitting Marriner wools , lovely quality and very soft ,I love the many gorgeous colours and I think I have most of them. I crochet a lot of blankets and the colours look lovely together. I think Marriner wools are excellent value”

“I love this store. It is my favourite for yarn/wool because of the excellent prices. The only negative is I would like the colours and type of yarn ranges to be bigger! More please! I’d love a velvet yarn.”

“Excellent prompt service, good choice of colours. Website easy to use. Only downside is wools from same ‘label’ differ in softness. I crocheted a garment in 5 different colours, 3 are soft, the other 2 are a bit coarser…..they crochet well and finished garment looks good.”

“This was my first experience of using Marriner Yarns. I taught myself to crochet during the various lockdowns. I am by no means an expert but ready to try to make different garments. I found the website easy to navigate and the ordering process was straightforward. The prices are very reasonable. The yarn I ordered arrived quickly and is a lovely colour. I will certainly be back for more yarn.”
